This is a great location with awesome friendly staff one of which being Shuwanna. Came in to experience the “Purple” products today and she greeted us and walked us through all the options, sizes, different pillows etc that there were to offer. Although we didn’t purchase one today we will be sure to make a return to her when we do because of her awesome personality and friendliness, Thanks!

I purchased a lovely sectional from this store in April of last year. I opted to have my couch drop shipped to my address to save a bit of money and purchased a five-year warranty through Guardian to ensure that my couch was protected (first and second mistakes). There were shipping delays due to Covid, so I received my couch about three weeks later where it was again, drop shipped and my three sons and I brought the couch in with no issue. About February of this year, I noticed some shifting of the stuffing on the back of the couch and about a month later, I then noticed some separation along the seams, which was again, not bad (third mistake). In April, I call Ashley who then tells me to submit a claim through Guardian to have my couch repaired. I was sent parts that would be used in the repair and a technician was sent out in June. The technician arrived and informed me he was there to treat a stain and not to do any repairs and that he would need to submit a claim on my behalf to get the ball rolling on the repair. It is now August and my couch is still not fixed. One, the warranty through Guardian ONLY covers parts NOT repairs, which my sales associate did not tell me, so that was somewhat of a waste. Two, DO NOT get drop (free) shipping because you aren't covered for any in-home services within the first year. Just pay for them to set it up because the cost for the service technician would initially be covered by the delivery fee in the first year and I, again, was not told that by my sales associate. I am very upset and feel bamboozled. I will never shop here again!! And to the man who sold me my furniture, I'm sure you feel glad that you found a sucker to take advantage of, but your karma is coming, if it hasn't already, I hope you get the worst of it!!!

When we couldn't locate the sofa type we were wanting in the showroom, Amber Hooks went "over and above" not only working to locate a sofa on-line, but in the price range we were hoping for. This included taking us to sofas in the show room with similar length, height, and seating dimensions, so we would be more comfortable with the selection. Great Job!

Shuwanna was the absolute best, most amazing sales person I have ever done business with. Also the manager we had was very wonderful as well. The whole experience was comfortable, they were not pushy in any way and wanted to help us find what we wanted not what they wanted us to have. They were comforting and amazing! We will use them again in the future.

Ask if they have any Coupons you might be able to use before you make a purchase. They have restrictions in place after you make a purchase making the coupons not usable. The employees and the Store manager are very nice & helpful.

We shopped at the Warner Robins, GA store and were helped by a lady named Ashley. She was the perfect saleswoman who did not pressure us or get in the way to push us towards another project. She followed us, listened to my wife and myself talk, and had all the payment options with latest discounts and raxes already loaded into her tablet. We did not feel hassled or pressured into buying anything and she helped us find exactly what we needed in our budget.
