When they say Hawaii has good shaved ice…wow. This place was fantastic. I would go back and still have a few days…so it could happen!

Our favorite shave ice on Kauai. We compared Uncles and JoJos. While the others were good, The Fresh Shave was just a different level. Our favorite toppings included fresh orange supremes and strawberries, and their syrup flavors all natural. The flavors were truly refreshing, without being overly sugary, and we felt like we had a real treat, not an enormous ball of food coloring. Their actual ice was the best too, without any crunchy icy snow factor. The mustache straws and similarly named flavors also made it more of an experience and the outdoor fair and cute nearby shops and gallery in Old Town Koloa provided ample space to walk and enjoy the treat simultaneously. Don't skip this one.

This was the best shave ice I’ve had! It’s not just the fact that the environment is nice but that they put enough flavor to have throughout the whole shave ice and they put fruit on top! Delicious! I would definitely recommend!

This was a fun find. Our family goes on a shave ice tour every time we visit the island and this was our first time here. We tried four of the flavors, the Whiskers with the sweet mint simple syrup was amazing. Absolutely recommend!

Best Shave Ice on the Island. We tried Wailua Shave and Wishing Well but they do not compare. The staff is also extremely friendly and gave us recommendations in the area to check out. Give this place a go!

Such a great place for shaved ice! The ice is super smooth and more like the consistency of a soft serve. While sitting outside the shop the owner checked in with us to see how our ice was- she was super sweet! Overall some of the best shaved ice we’ve had in Hawaii. It may be a long line when you go, but we think it’s worth the wait.

Wasn't sure what to expect with shaved ice....husband and I were comparing it to a snow cone. WRONG! The ice was so light and fluffy! Banana & strawberry flavors were delicious. Would've loved to have some of the diced fruit throughout the bowl vs just on top, but it was still a wonderful cold treat on a hot day.

An awesome place to visit for Hawaiian shave ice! The Fu Manchu (strawberry, banana, cream) was great, and The Professor (açaí, berries) was good too. The ladies working there were very friendly, and there is a nice spot outside to eat in the shade.

We had "The Chevron" which was coconut and lime with a chia seed cream. This shave ice was amazing! I would highly recommend making a trip to try The Fresh Shave! The staff was very friendly and service was quick. My only regret is not being able to try it again while in Kauai.
