Very nice staff and they took care of my 7 year Chihuahua with love and care. Would I go back? Yes I would! The only thing is their prices were fairly high, but if you want good Dr's, even for your pet that is what you want, you must pay for it. Thank you for taking time to read this.

We have been going here what seems like forever when they were on quaint State street. They were your country vet. The Cole location is a clinic and a busy one as well. They still provide good customer service and first class care. Park in the back for less stress.

Failure to diagnose a common condition put our cat into the kitty ICU for 6 days, and a bill of nearly $12K. Vet has poor bedside manner, with condescending and dismissive tone. Office disorganized and exam room sloppy. Others with whom I've spoken have had terrible experiences, similar to ours. Wish I could give zero stars... or even negative stars.

IMHO weird vibe, weird vet. I scheduled a heart worm test, they kept trying to take my dog in a back room without me. A man whom I am assuming is the vet (he never introduced himself) came in and grabbed my dog's leash saying they were ready in the back room. I said I would like to stay with my dog if thats ok and this person said no it's not ok. To which I responded that I was leaving. This person had absolutely no manners and was very hostile. What's up with the "back room"? Pro tip, if you hate people perhaps you are in the wrong business? I would solidly not recommend this place. I would never award any stars, but you can't post here without picking at least one star.........

Other than they forgot about me and my dog had to wait an hour (they admitted their mistake), they made up for it with excellent treatment by Dr. Wilson who explained throughly a disease my dog had that other Vet's claimed was simply arthritis. A plan of treatment to keep my dog comfortable was implemented. I will be returning for my other pets! Very reasonable rates for exam and blood work.

Our morkie was taken very good and gentle care of. We were given a diagnosis and ways to address it. There was no rush to the process. Her nails were even clipped!

I have been going to animals r Us for as long as I can remember. It has been my family's vet for my whole life and I don't ever plan on changing. Dr. Tim is one of the most amazing veterinarians I have ever known and the kindness that they show is astronomically amazing and on the occasions that I have had to have a fur baby of mine put to sleep. They have done everything that they possibly can to make it as painless as possible for my baby and for myself. If you're looking for the best veterinarian in town, go there seriously.

We took our cat to this vet and dr carter told us several times that we need to Euthanize him! has no hope and no chance at living! It cost 265 dollars for 30 min or work they couldn’t even read the blood work that was performed and that we were charged and my wife left with the cat. We then took our cat to the Idaho humane society and they kept him for four days giving him a Iv 24/7 and the cat survived and back to normal with a charge of 328 dollars! Go to the humane society if you can’t don’t come here!!! I hope the dr sees this and feels bad for all the animals he has Euthanized that could be saved!

When our dog got sick Dr. Tim and the rest of the staff were great. He did the best he could for Charlie while never giving false hope, which I appreciated, and didn't try to get us to spend a bunch of money on unnecessary treatments and tests. When we had to out Charlie down, the whole staff was caring and respectful. Everyone was great. I recommend Animals R Us to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate vet clinic.
