This is one of the worst transportation companies. The first time we used them they were almost 30 minutes late, which case us to be late then having to reschedule the appt. This time we scheduled pick up to be 50 min before the appt. to give us almost an hour to get there due to the issue last time. They had no urgency to get us to the appt on time and didn't show up for pick until well after we were supposed to already be at the appt. causing us to once again having to reschedule the appt. Not very happy with this place at all and will never use them again. I would give them a zero star if I could.

Used their service twice (2 weeks before this episode) without issue. However on 3rd request... My wife's recovering from foot surgery. Needed transport to her Doctor (for post surgery examine). Called and placed order 24 hours in advance. requested transport BOTH WAYS (from our home, to Doctors office and then back again, about 1.5hrs later). Driver was 30min late with pickup (which made her late to her appointment). after leaving her at the doctors office, never returned at scheduled time to be picked up (for return home). Question: would you not think that 'IF' you drop a patient off at the doctors, you NEED to come back and get them??? no call or followup. we will never use this service again. lots of other competitors out there.

Victory is an awesome place to work. Everyone's focus is on the patient and making sure the ride is comfortable and secure. It's very close knit and I don't feel like just another employee punching a clock but someone that is actually valued as a member of the team.

We are well managed, professional, and well trained. I would say that the drivers, medics, EMT are courteous and kind to our clients and patients. The best thing about working there is that at the end of the day you feel you have truly done something to help your neighbor.

We LOVE Victory Transport and that is all because of Jeff! He is amazing! Always on time, always professional and with the biggest caring heart for his clients. Our son sees him as his close buddy, and he doesn’t open himself up to many people. We always know he will be well taken care of when we send him off. We have also at times had other drivers and they are all great. But Jeff is an absolute gem. We feel so lucky to have him to transport our son. Thank you so much Jeff & Victory Transport!

Didn't show up at all. They claimed they had shown up at my address, but when we talked to them they had some other person's address and phone number. They still put us down as a no show. Then expected me to cancel my appointment. When we called them the first time, they told us they would call back and we waited 20 minutes. Then we called back and it went to voicemail. Unprofessional service. My appointment was to see what's wrong with my heart.

After using other transport companies we have decided Victory is the only way to go. Drivers and dispatch always communicate ETA and confirm addresses and times. We have been able to set up transportation after hours very easily and also with little to no notice. Prices are about average and fair. James is a model employee and the best driver we have had, always a delight to have him. Vans are new and clean. My only constructive criticism is to train younger drivers to have more confidence moving bariatric patients in wheelchairs into the vans more smoothly and leaning backwards to not tip forward when leg extensions are in use. But still easily a 5 star company.
