I had been with my other bank for a very long time. D.L.Evans made me feel like I had been with them forever and the switch was seamless. Both personal and the business I manage as well.

We were applying for an sba loan. We had a business plan and a client base established to support it. We told Jennifer what we thought our credit was and she stated it was fine, she said we will easily get it with our business plan. We put our life savings into the down payment and other costs based on her assurance. We could never get through to her to keep the ball rolling. Eventually she ran our credit and mine got mixed up with my father's at experia, which I corrected and sent proof. She ghosted us for weeks and finally denied us for lack of credit (it was 80 points higher than we told her). She refused to re-check mine and denied us. We never received any written denial, but we ended up losing the property because she took 2 months to simply run our credit. We are still trying to make a financial come back due to the assurance that it will go through in a few weeks. I don't recommend doing business with these guys. We were on the spot and came in with a solid plan and ready to move into the facility.

Went to this bank to try and get an sba loan. Got all the paperwork, turned it in to them, and never heard back. Been over a month. Left them messages and emails and still nothing. Totally fine if they aren't interested, but to just flat out ghost a possible client is trash. Only picked them because they were local and that is important to me and my partner in the LLC. Now we are half way through the loan process with a different lender and guess what? The new lender is helping us. Go figure.

D.L. Evans has been the most enjoyable bank I have ever been with. They know you by name when you walk in, there’s never a line, and they treat you as a person and not as a number. Two thumbs up 👍 👍
