They hold payments for 5 days st a time. Whether you put cash in your account or deposit a check or return an online purchase 6 hours after ordering it and both the seller and PayPal state the return happened that same day, 5 days later and it listed as pending. And nobody knows anything to help and forget the app, you cant even contact anyone for help. Same day checking has passed by this bank. What a joke.

Ive been with Key Bank for 9 years and have never had a problem. This branch is the closest to my house and I come here often. The tellers always take good care of me and answer every question.

Great staff and great customer service. I switched to them after a long sit down with the manager and I couldn't be happier. On my second visit, I was greeted by name walking through the door, that's impressive. I have to giggle at the review that says they hate the bank because of the non-atm fees... well bud, be prepared to hate every single bank out there.

I would never recommend this bank to anyone. They charge fees for everything they can find. They cancelled my card without warning me or sending me a new one and their customer service sucked. Horrible service.

You lose your debit card, you tell the bank, they fail to cancel it, some one finds it and spends 1200 dollars. You file a claim with the bank, police report, the Bank denies it and the Bank Manager laughs at you. This is Key Bank. Your money is not safe, this isn’t customer service.

While the staff at this bank is nice enough, key bank itself is horrible. I have spent more on my annual "relationship rewards" account maintenance fees than I ever got in rewards. And to add insult to injury, I get charged a fee for lack of activity on my account (due to lack of income) that puts me in the negative. Way to go, take money out of my empty pockets. I will be changing banks when I have money to open another account...

Because of a mistake THEY made on a deposit, they are charging me several fees keeping my account in the negative. They then have the gall to tell me I only qualify for one of the fees to be refunded. Im just an average Jane living paycheck to paycheck, so this is causing an enormous amount of havoc to my financial life. But they do not care, as lkng as they can charge people bogus fees and get their pretty little bonuses for doing it, then theyre sitting pretty. What a joke!!!! Tara Waters has zero customer service skills, has her manager call me back because she doesnt have the backbone to do it herself. Thats okay though because Ive seen how she acts like white trash outside of work, so its no wonder... To sum it up...dont trust Key Bank in Fruitland with your hard earned money!!!

Absolute joke that they charge you to use ATM's that aren't theirs. A joke. Didn't used to. They've lost me as a customer. Just a joke when it comes to customer service when they do something like that. I've written and asked why but they offer no reason why. I see absolutely no reason for it. Just a complete joke.

Worst customer service. I went in and was bypassed while the red head gal helped another customer. unprofessional and will be switching banks this is the not the first time either there has been poor customer service DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!!!
