I recently sold my house, Money was physically brought into the bank from the title company drawn on the same bank U.S. Bank they told me I could not get cash except for $250 for 5 to 7 days no exception it was a $300,000 check I called another location and they told me they could actually physically verify the check on the phone but at pay at they didn’t even offer . I am extremely disappointed in this bank and as soon as my money clears I will be taking it elsewhere

I go in and pay my credit card off. When I need to transfer money it goes smoothly. Everyone there are very friendly and helpful 🙂

I just went in to withdraw some cash and I felt like I was being interrogated. I got a million questions about what I was going to do with MY MONEY. It's none of your damn business!

They want seven dollars to cash their own check what BS I guess next time I will drive across town to go to my own bank. Not a good way to get new customers if you want to charge non-existing customer seven dollars hate to see what they actually charge their own customers for checking or any other services they offer
