They're going to make my mom lose her electric all cause they don't have cameras to show the atm shorted her. They have to do a dispute which will take 7 days. Very bad buisness going to help my mom change her direct deposite can't do this to people on retirement that's all theu got!!!

WaFd was wonderful. I have always just felt like a number when it comes to big banks, but here I feel like I am being listened to. Corey is wonderful. By far my favorite loan officer. He was prompt, kept me updated at all times, and handled my very detailed land purchase with the best attitude and assistance. There was always a second person I could contact if one was out of the office (Stacie) and she was wonderful. I was given every resource, advice, tips, and details without even asking. I have referred a few people now since my good experience and I am excited for them to be just as pleased!
