Update: I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to even get someone to respond to me. They did eventually take the meter back, but it took a ridiculous amount of time to even get someone to respond to me. I still wouldn't recommend them. They were very eager and attentive to send me a meter. Now that I have one and it doesn't work I can't get a hold of anyone to help me. The worst customer I've ever experienced. Do NOT lease a meter from this company.

This is actually a zero star review because this company is absolutely terrible!! The few times you actually get in touch with a human customer service person they will "drop" your call instead of transferring you. I have been trying to terminate my account since April of 2022 and keep getting no response and still receive bills for a postage machine that has NEVER worked! We received the postage machine in August of 2020 and when we set it up it was locked and a code was needed. When we called the customer service number the person on the other line was super rude and didn't help us at all, they actually hung up on us. We literally have never been able to use the machine because they won't give us a code to unlock it. Never use this company! They don't care about their customers and their product/service is the worst I have ever experienced in my line of work.

I never write reviews and usually move on. FP mailing solutions have the worst products. I was with PB for many years and received a call from a FP representative. I took a chance with them as they were local and less expensive. Well you get what you pay for. The machine was very slow from the beginning and it took many tries to get the system to accept the envelopes. It would also stop in the middle of processing the batch of envelopes. customer service was of no use and stated the system was functioning as it should. Every time I talked to the sales person, he would talk me out of returning the system. I decided to live out the contract I signed. Once the contract was up the automatically renewed my contract for another year. I explained to them that I was not happy with the system even from day 1 and physically returned the system. I was billed for the entire year as opposed to 90 days after I returned the unit. this is very unethical and I should have returned the system days after I received it for false representation of the system.

Once you're set up, you're good. But to get servicing, its an issue...customer support/retention/cancellation is all nearly impossible unless you hope to wait 40 minutes and don't get disconnected. The only department who would get on the call would be sales...which is disappointing.

Postage machine keeps having problems reading the ink cartridges. I'm trying to get ahold of someone in customer service. I've been on hold for 1 hours 52 minutes and counting.

As a small printing business we purchased an FP Edge Envelope Printer. It’s been junk from the word go. Sensors and print head issues constantly. No customer service from FP at all. No technicians to fix the junk when it’s down either.

As a small business owner with a small staff our time is precious. I thought when I signed a contract w/ FP this would help to stream line my mailing needs and allow for less trips to the post office for stamps. From beginning... to middle... to end this has been the most inconvenient annoyance. I finally thought I was done with FP with their hour long wait times and dropped calls and was simply waiting for my refund checks in the mail. Both checks have arrived in the wrong name, I'm unable to cash them and they are refusing to reissue my refunds in the business name that's clearly listed on the authorization form I signed and dated when starting this service. If you're looking to add stress to your work week, have a device that works 1 out of 4 times... have no luck in getting a human on the phone to trouble shoot and a billing department that wont honor the contract you signed and submitted then FP Mailing Solutions is surely the company for all your postage needs!!

DO NOT do business with this company!!! You will unknowingly get locked into an auto renewing annual contract. You will need to provide a written request 90 days prior to the auto renewal in order to cancel without paying for the whole next year!!! Horrible, horrible, customer service, that's is you can ever get anyone to answer the phone! I see the horrible reviews going back for years I'm surprised they're still in business.

I've never written a review on any product or service in my life but this company's customer service is so tragically abysmal that its honestly laughable. Every single time you call or need help with anything, you're met with "you are currently 20th in line" or 30th or more. regardless of your number the hold time will last an absolute minimum of 40 minutes and after that the solution is so often "oh looks like your account got disabled, let me reboot it on our side" and it takes 2 seconds. it's truly the most hair-pulling mind boggling thing to deal with when you rely on a company/machine to let you operate your business. I wouldn't wish this service on my worst enemy. It's unacceptable for a multinational company to have this sorry excuse of customer service. DO NOT USE THEM. Run, run away as fast as you can. ( I wish I could give less than 1 star)

It's sad that I have to agree with the majority of the other reviews on here. This companies customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! IF you ever get anyone to answer it takes at least an hour or longer to get to that point. I cannot believe they are existing. Along with bad service, they are not reliable, will tell you they're going to call you back and never do. Don't worry about leaving an email, they never respond. I'm going to try and talk my management to looking into a new company.
