Best mailing machine supplier in Addison, Illinois (IL) 2024

As a small business owner with a small staff our time is precious. I thought when I signed a contract w/ FP this would help to stream line my mailing needs and allow for less trips to the post office for stamps. From beginning... to middle... to end this has been the most inconvenient annoyance. I finally thought I was done with FP with their hour long wait times and dropped calls and was simply waiting for my refund checks in the mail. Both checks have arrived in the wrong name, I'm unable to cash them and they are refusing to reissue my refunds in the business name that's clearly listed on the authorization form I signed and dated when starting this service. If you're looking to add stress to your work week, have a device that works 1 out of 4 times... have no luck in getting a human on the phone to trouble shoot and a billing department that wont honor the contract you signed and submitted then FP Mailing Solutions is surely the company for all your postage needs!! ~Jennifer
