I had been coming here for many years to get my rings sized and jewelry fixed and so on... Everyone at the store is so friendly. The owner is so friendly. They really all make you feel so welcome. They are not like other jewelry stores where the people are all snobs and unfriendly. I knew the only place I trusted was them when I got my wedding ring re-desiged. He does miracles with jewelry.. My ring was redesigned with new diamonds I had and he designed it into my ring. I believe it was his daughter that drew up the gorgeous design. I have a gorgeous ring now. He was able to keep my original wedding band and design around that. I swear they do miracles at the store with designing jewelry. I was in shock when I picked up my ring. It is beautiful. Thank you all for making my experience from beginning to end perfect!

Mariusz is an artist! His work was flawless! My husband and I worked with Caroline on a personal design for my ring using elements of my grandmother’s ring. It’s been a year now and Mariusz does checkups to secure the stones and cleans the ring when we visit the store.

Mariusz is simply the best jeweler around! He helped me design the wedding band that was beyond my wildest dreams. My engagement ring was also from Keswick and Mariusz made it from scratch! I still marvel at it after all these years. My experiences at Keswick have always been fantastic and stress-free! He recently created a cute pendant for my sister's birthday (my gift to her) and was fantastic to work with once again! I only trust Keswick and Mariusz for all my jewelry needs! I have nothing but positive thoughts about Keswick Jewelers! Huge shout-out to Monica for her patience and helping us in every step with my engagement ring!! My fiancee and I were on the hunt for the perfect engagement ring, we always walked by Keswick and chose them as our first stop. We must have stayed there for 2 hours trying on different rings and talking to Monica about different styles, price points, diamonds, and moissanites. She never made me feel pressured to buy something right away and even encouraged us to go to other jewelry stores to see what they have and do price comparisons. We went to 4 other jewelry stores, 2 in the same area and 2 in Chicago. Ultimately, we went back to Keswick because we felt the most comfortable with Monica and knew she would take care of us very well. After an exhausting 3-4 weeks of window ring shopping, I finally decided on a beautiful ring! Monica said it will be ready in about 3 weeks and my fiancee got it in 2 weeks! Plus, they have the BEST prices out of all the jewelry stores we went to. Thank you again Keswick for the beautiful engagement ring and a special thank you to Monica as well.

Absolutely fabulous team! All our wedding jewelry was from the Keswick team and they were so great to work with. We moved out of state after we got engaged. Working with them to pick out, purchase, and ship our wedding bands was super easy and took a lot of stress out of the process.

Everyone is incredibly friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience regardless of what you’re shopping for. We went to Keswick for a new ring setting to celebrate a big anniversary. After a bit of looking, we couldn’t decide between two very beautiful pieces. That’s when Julia suggested a custom design. Using the two settings as inspiration, and the help of Caroline – designer extraordinaire, we now have a stunning, one-of-a-kind ring that will be treasured by our family for years to come. Caroline was amazing and helped me design my custom engagement ring using lab-made diamonds. She made an initial sketch of the design I wanted, and then made a wax model of the design where I could make changes before the final ring was made. My ring turned out perfect, and Keswick will always do cleanings for free and make sure all of the stones are in place. Highly recommend!
