First time calling to get delivery to business. Only one sandwich to be delivered quickly (which is why I call Jimmy Johns) to be there when there is only a 30 minute lunch. 35 minutes later, I call and it's still in the store - cancelling I am told "o.k.", and they hung up. I sure hope I am credited back the money. If you cannot accommodate the order in the "freaky fast" fashion, please let the customer know this!!!!!

Driver came late and left part of our order at the store. He wanted to take back the whole order but we were only missing the drinks so we asked for a refund or our drinks. He said he didn’t want to come back and bring our stuff because of traffic? More than half an hour later we call the store to ask where our stuff is and the man who answered the phone gave us attitude as well. Why is it such an issue to bring us our whole order?

I don't know why I continue to order delivery from here. The drivers are always nice when they arrive but the delivery takes FOREVER! My order has been saying "out for delivery" for over 30 mins and when I called to ask if they can tell me if the driver is almost arriving they said "It's out for delivery so it should be there shortly, the driver has two orders with him". Obviously it's out for delivery. I can see that on my Order Tracker. And they only have 2 orders? Why is it taking this long to deliver two orders? I've had to cancel an order in the past when after an hour the order still hadn't arrived. Lesson learned!! I won't be ordering delivery from here again.

My time first ever eating jimmy John's. And the experince was bad. Prices are a bit high to have employees make sloppy sandwiches. I ordered a blt that only had 2 strips of bacon. Not how the menu on line shows the sub, a beach club which had no avocado in it,and also a spicy Italian done very sloppy and lil ingredients in it. Makes me not wanna give it another chance.

The service was a bit slow perhaps not the best managed? The person in charge was taking orders and one employee was making sandwiches for the customers shopping...while another employee was taking her time working on a delivery order. Bottom line "its a darn sandwich" it should be made quickly...which was once the man taking the orders stopped taking orders and started making sandwiches. Like I said perhaps not managed well.

Jimmy John’s has a consistent taste. Any difference can be attributed to individual sandwich makers. I did not enjoy my sandwich as well as I normally do. Part of that is because the cheese was rolled up in one corner of it

This store has the worst employees. 3 times they have taken an hour to deliver my order. Mind you I live about 5 minutes from this store. After sending a complaint to customer service they told me that someone would reach out to me. They have not. I emailed CS back and they said some did try to contact me but they are awaiting a response from me. Which is a blatant lie. If I’m emailing customer service why wouldn’t I respond to an email from the stores owner? Now they say I should contact the general manager. No thanks. Terrible business at this store. Not getting my business anymore at this store and I will spread the word. Thanks for nothing Jimmy.

I placed order online and selected "as soon as possible". When I arrived my order was not ready, which is fine. After sitting next to the "pick up" rack, for over 10 minutes, I noticed they were making the sandwiches for the people who arrived well after me. I decided to get up and ask for status of my online order, the woman who assisted took her time to walk over to orders bagged up and asked me for my name and my order had been sitting there. I asked if they were ever going to take it to the rack, her response was "we've been busy". The problem with this is 1. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. 2. I sat next to the rack and the cashier didn't bother to ask if i needed assistance (clearly I didn't walk in to smell the food being made) 3. I wasn't offered an apology. A simple apology would not bring me to the point of leaving a bad review. Overall the food itself tasted just fine.

Great service at this location. Sandwich is done before I even go around to the pick up area. They are great at making sandwich recommendations and even gave me a free sample of the new Frenchie! My husband got to eat it at home and said it was delicious. Wish they delivered in my area.
