Avoid this place at ALL cost. When they do deliver furniture that needs assembly, you must watch them assemble everything. They will break furniture and will conceal that material fact. They broke the center support to a bed we bought, but because they would have had to disassemble and take it back, concealed the fact that they broke it.

This is the 2nd delivery from this company. The 2 gentlemen were very professional, and I could tell they value that they had in the care of my products. They also shared knowledge of the company and other products as well. The were punctual, and very pleasing to talk to. Thanks guys!!. My delivery was their first delivery today

The company called me the week before they were going to deliver and gave me a choice of three days to choose from. I chose a Monday, so they called Friday to let me know the window for delivery. Matt and Conrad called me when they were at the stop before mine, and again when they were 15 minutes out. My apartment is a third floor walk up with a winding stair case that is difficult to move furniture up. They went above and beyond to get the queen size mattress up (it couldn't be carried around the bends up the stairs). It was late in the afternoon and they were friendly and determined. I'm so grateful. All the stars.

I read all of the other reviews and was expecting the worst, I'm happy to say that I must have got the "A" team. Both of the gentlemen that came were nice enough and very efficient at their job. I let them know that the carpet was a NO SHOE zone and he put on shoe booties to cover his shoes. I can't speak of other that have used this company, but I have nothing but positive things to say.

I have written 2 reviews in my life. The public deserves to know that this company should not receive your business. I have tried to set up a time to receive a bed from this company for 3 weeks. The inefficiency, lack of communication and attention to customer needs is sickening. For businesses, companies and personal endeavors: Choose a different delivery service.

I am happy to say that we didn't have the problems that other customers had. We ordered a mattress set and Ridol Inc. was the delivery service they worked with. Scheduling was really easy and they worked with our schedule. The crew was professional and careful. Mike and Giovanni were the delivery crew. They had to take a king size mattress and box springs up three flights of steps then take the old set down. We're very detail oriented and notice everything so we were looking for issues but there weren't any.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This company is absolute trash. Our order has been at their facility for over a month now. Ordered through Onestopbedrooms and they were delivered to the facility in a timely manner however Ridol has completely dropped the ball....correction I don't even think that expression is worth giving considering I have yet to receive my order made over two months ago. If you can afford to not go through this company. PLEASE do....have not, will not and recommend and beg not to go through them ever. If I didn't have my own reputation to uphold and the fact that I don't have my product is keeping me from being even more brash/blunt than this review. I hope this helps anyone considering using this company and better yet I hope it effects Ridol the way they deserve. Sam

I would also like to add that they do not care about their customers and are not willing to work with the customer in order to make business right.The drivers are currently 30 minutes away from my house but their company won't let them turn around and try to bring me my furniture. Now I'm being charged a re delivery. Even though they did not take into consideration that I would not be home from work until 3:30. I am a teacher- I have zero sick days. I could not skip work. They could have better accommodated me and at least been nice and professional.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE DELIVERY OF MY COUCH. I was told I get a chance to schedule the delivery and when I called I was TOLD when it was to be delivered. I had absolutely no say. THEN the only day they would bring it to me I had to work. They did not wait to deliver it to me at a time that was convenient at all. I live alone and I have no way of having someone stay at my house to wait for the ridiculous time that they told me they would deliver. Now I am waiting another two weeks, after waiting six already, to receive my items.

Gave me a horrible window of delivery time & then after I made arrangements to have someone there for the delivery, they canceled delivery at the exact time they were supposed to show up. They could not (would not) confirm a re-delivery time either. Horrendous customer service. I canceled the product I purchased. If they use this delivery company, the product can't be much better.
