It was my first time at the store, went to add A new line and get a new phone for my father. Thank you Maite, she made the process easy and quick. She answered all my question and was very polite. Best experience I have had so far in a Verizon store.

CHECK YOUR BILL CAREFULLY!!!!! Although the folks in the store were friendly and helpful, it doesn't make up for "upselling" a protection plan without my knowledge. This plan wasn't even mentioned when I purchased my new phone - if it was, I would have declined - I never purchase them so there is no chance of any misunderstanding/miscommunication. Imagine my surprise when I received my first bill after getting the new phone and there was a new $17 charge that I did not authorize. Not only that, the taxes section included my home city and county tax PLUS the city and county the store is in. I had to spend almost 40 minutes on the phone getting these three items that Verizon included incorrectly and without my knowledge, off my bill. Being a loyal Verizon customer for 18 years, I am getting a little frustrated with the degradation of phone service as well as trying to screw you if you don't check your bill. I repeat, CHECK YOUR BILL CAREFULLY!!!!

John is shady - do not trust them without thorough review - I have gone to the Bloomingdale store for new service - DO NOT TRUST THEM - i signed up for bare bones and they added protection plans i never asked for - and now have to argue with customer service about it

I’ve been going to the bloomingdale store for a year and change now and have always had above and beyond great service and assistance from eric with my inhome wifi setup as well as any questions or issues i’ve had with billing or service. Customer service with the politeness and hospitality given like how Eric does so forth is how you establish regular customers and Its good to know that when i have an issue it will be taken seriously by him. Thank you, Eric!

They know what they're doing, got my third party screen protector put on and it was perfect! I wish I remembered the guy's name. But, replace the broken glass door already! They were robbed a month ago, and still don't have a replacement door.

Nice open area to walk around and check on new items. Really went there to retrieve my phone that someone found was so honest and nice to bring to Verizon to find the owner. Said it took them some time to find me. But they finally did. I am so thankful for the gentleman that found my phone and brought there. Honest and paying it forward. So unheard of these days. Thank you who ever you are. You have no idea how happy I am that you did that. Hope someone finds yours and does the same for you.

Worst experience ever. Sales person was horrible. My husband went to pick up his phone and the sales agent was incredibly rude. So I decided to come in and talk to him myself as I'm a major account holder with Verizon for over 87 phone lines. The sales agent was incredibly smart mouth had a horrible attitude and basically confronted me like I was in developmentally disabled kindergartener. I had to contact Verizon corporate sales to find out that he was wrong across the board and that he didn't know what he was talking about. So then this hee Haw game took four days and on the 5th day that we were supposed to complete our order it took longer than the store closed. It is my every intent and plan to cancel my commercial order with them in the morning and transfer my account to somebody that can actually function with common sense possibly I don't know AT&t or T-Mobile. It should also be part of somebody's customer training programs to worry about what they talk to certain people I have a federal badge and a bond worth more than the stores inventory. Customer service agents do not have the right to speak to people anyway they want that's why they're in service you serve the customer not yourself. I was not provided Management's name number or information as I was asked. This was the worst experience I have had in my five and a half year contract with Verizon. Was running late and my Verizon branded phone charger broke. Thankfully, it had a warranty the store managed to honor even without a box and the original receipt. The sales rep was very affable and amicable, and the GM handled the issue with grace, putting the customer forward. Even though I use t mobile, a simple phone charger experience makes me want to switch to Verizon.
