If you're anywhere near Breese, a trip to Wally's is worth your while! Burgers, fries, shakes, Ski... It's all great. Call ahead to have your order ready faster and be sure to bring cash (debit/credit not accepted)

One of the best hamburgers around. It is best to call your order in ahead of time because it seems like they are always busy. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. Also, it seems to be one of the few places that gets your to go order 100% right.

Quick, friendly, and delicious. This is a cash business. I did not know this when I placed my order. When I could not pay, they kindly gave me my meal for free. I'll bring a friend next time to make up for their lost revenue.

Great burgers but don’t waste your time on a busy Saturday. Been waiting for over an hour and ten minutes for a call in order. On the phone they said come right over. Update: took just over 1hr 20m from the phone call to picking up the food. Had walk up orders getting filled before mine. Delicious hamburger but not worth the wait.

A legendary place to get a great burger, fries, chicken sandwich, shakes and such. I was in town for an electric vehicle event, and visited Wally's for the first time. I can honestly say I'll be back the next time I'm near Carlyle IL! Update: and I did come back for the 2022 Electric Vehicle event in Carlyle IL at the library. Had the grilled chicken sandwich, so juicy and perfectly grilled, and those legendary crinkle cut fries, still a favorite!

Outside seating only with an area with an overhang and area without. Burgers are really good! French fries and ice cream good too. Root beer float - YUMMY! Has chicken fingers, nuggets for kids. Good and fast service.

Been a few years, so gave it a try. Double cheese, fries and banana shake. Pretty good. Maybe a bit like old school White Castle, flavor wise. Small to medium patty, but filling. Worth it.

one of the best burgers around. I was amazed at the onion, thinly sliced, but not too thin. This onion was delicate and sweet, crisp with a beautiful flavor. The curly fries were perfect, no to heavy on salt or seasoning. I will be coming back soon.

Amazing. Burger was incredible and the curly fries were perfect. The cheese w the fries was just okay. Bring cash. Outdoor seating with the pandemic was perfect. Go off peak hours to avoid a line on nice weather days.
