Worst pharmacy ever. They are lazy, uninformed about every thing. Can not wait to get my prescription to a real pharmacy that cares about there clients.

Slow, rude, doesn’t have meds ready for pick up in a timely manner, takes 30 minutes to talk to a real person on the phone, Only go there because that where my insurance allows!! Ready to go back to Walgreens across the street!!!

I am giving it two stars simply because it is clean and well organized. The manager there an older gentleman is extremely rude and insulting. I shop at CVS all the time and never have any issues but when I come to this store I am always made to feel by this manger as if I am stealing or something. He is rude, not helpful, follows me around the store as if I am up to no good… the only reason I could think he views me this way is because I have a lot of tattoos. Because of the way he treat me there I try to avoid going in to this store.

BEWARE of this pharmacy! Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I would highly recommend you go to ANY other pharmacy in the area opposed to this one unless you want to wait 12 hours for a prescription to be filled after confirming with a pharmacy tech that they can in fact fill the prescription only for you to find out when attempting to pick up said prescription they can’t fill it. The staff at this pharmacy clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Just save yourself the misery.

Not sure where all the poor reviews of the pharmacy are coming from. I've used this store frequently for 9 months and have had nothing but friendly, professional experiences. Perhaps the negative comments are a reflection of those who make more than they are the extremely overworked people at this store?

Prescription called in on Tuesday........it is now Thursday, and still NO prescription filled. The pharm told me last night they are FIVE days behind on filling prescriptions and to call one hour before coming back, and they'd have it ready. Nope, that didn't work....they DO NOT ANSWER the phone. I let my doctor's office know this CVS isn't able to fill prescriptions at this time, in case other patients used this location....AND had my prescription cancelled and sent to another pharmacy.

Imagine calling somewhere because you live 30 minutes away and just want to verify that they have the one thing you need in stock (you don't want to make the drive if they don't). It should be a very simple, straightforward phone call: "Hi there! Do you have x in stock?" "Y/N." Now imagine you're left on hold for 20 minutes waiting to ask that simple question. My hope is that these employees were just in a phone call with another obnoxious customer who wouldn't get off the phone for them to answer me, but 20 minutes? Really? On a Tuesday afternoon when most people are still at work?

Do NOT waste your time scheduling vaccines here. They are RUDE, unorganized, and told me my insurance and children's would not cover any vaccines, which is complete BS. I entered all our info in advance when scheduling the online appt time just to be told that when we got there. Will not be back.

Since May, 2020, every prescription I have ordered has had some processing error. They have attempted to bill me $1200 for a prescription as if I had no insurance. They have sent refill requests to the wrong physician. I have been on hold for more than an hour to straighten out these and other problems. There is never an apology for these errors.
