This is my Mom's favorite restaurant for breakfast. The waitress, Sherry, understands my Mom completely despite her limited English vocabulary. Thank you Sherry for taking very good care of my mother.

The service was very slow. My sister and I sat there for quite awhile before I had to ask a waitress if she was ours. The food took quite awhile too.there where busy..There was that craft show and 100 garage sale going on in Cortland. So would think they would of brought in more help...I got a patty melt with onions 🌰 rings....my sister got a grilled ham and cheese with the onion 🌰 rings. The rings where the good beer batter type.

Fun local place to get some food. The service is usually great. I would get their breakfast food - the skillets are very good. It is very affordable and a nice stop.

Husband and I were passing through, and wanted to find someplace that wasn't fast food or a big chain. Sam's caught our eye. Excellent food, excellent staff, and excellent prices! The portions are big...if you leave hungry, it's your own fault!

Went in the morning after work with the girlfriend, no wait at all and the food came out fast. Was a quick , tasty and cheap meal and didn't spend more than $10 a person.

Very nice place, great atmosphere, people here are all so friendly and so welcoming. Food is great and price is right! It's a diamond in the rough. Will definitely come here again and recommend anyone who will be passing by here.

Very special place with great food and friendly faces. Barb was a very attentive waitress/host and it was obvious observing the other patrons that she was a favorite with the regulars. The owner took time to introduce himself and give a little history of his family business. Very clean environment. Biscuit & Gravy with eggs was delicious! Good coffee. Highly recommended.
