The employees in this store do not know what they are doing. I was completely misquoted on my phone bill. Have been trying to get ahold of a manager for 5 weeks and no response. Called corporate, this is not a corporate store so they have no responsibility. Do not waste your time and MONEY.

I went there today with questions about my bill. After about 5 mins , ( had computer issues) he told me that he could not answer questions about the charges on my account ( like if the total on the screen was correct or if my phone was fully paid off) it was a complete waste of time

I went in to add one line for my little brother and they added 2 lines. when I needed one they wouldn't remove the line said I need to call 611 to do that which make no sense. I used to work at tmobile for 3 years and they did it to increase there numbers. Thats a shame they need to cheat customers to make numbers. Then I went to pay a bill and they told me call 611 again 2 months later. I wanted to pay my bill early and the app wasn't working so I went in and they turn me away. I won't be coming back to this location again. I'll drive the extra 10 min to a better one that can help customers.

This location is the worst. I dont know why I continue to go to this location. Mostly because its closer to my home but I will drive the extra 15 minutes to avoid this place. I will never purchase a phone for myself or family from here.

Jordan Jackson and staff were awesome. Made switch from Sprint to Tmobile simple. Also got new phones and helped us transfer data from our old phones. Recommend if your looking for knowledgeable customer- service driven experience.

This store is the worst T-Mobile store I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Nobody knows what they’re doing or who to do it or how to do it. They actually blocked my number from calling the store instead of just answering me and helping me with my problem. No accountability. Going here is like setting your money and time on fire and wasting at all.

I had all 3 working with me. Yasmin & Stephanie broke down the process, steps, & what to expect. Patiently & so throughly. Thank you my friends, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This is not a corporate location and it shows in their attitude. Please avoid at all cost. This location is not worth the frustration. Drive to any corporate location even if it means you're taking a much longer trip. You'll be greeted by kind, well trained representatives that at the. Very least appear to be happy to be working for T-Mobile. Stay away. Beware.

I went into the store to inquire about adding a phone line to my account. I was informed that the 4 employees currently on duty had no experience with providing me with the service I was requesting. So basically I have to call or go to another location because the one closest to my residence doesn’t have qualified employees readily available to assist.

Three weeks ago I gave 5 stars and praised this place, I should have waited until my first bill. Lady named Yasmeen lied and said bundle of accessories are promotional and it will cast $26.62, which I paid upfront. I asked her my bill will stand same as before, she it will go up $3.10. Today bill was $ 24 over for 12 months. Yasmeen lied and by deception sold me the accessories. Today I called the store guy named Ali answered the phone, I was aggressive and not listening my issue, when I told him you guys cheated he hanged up. Finally tmobil corporate office too care of me. People at this store falsify and deceive. Shame on them.
