Stopped by the store. The team was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain my options and were not pushy when I declined to upgrade at this time. AT&T coorprate take note on a how a good team functions. One thing I noticed, which is not the fault of the team, was that the windows were extremely dirty. I recomend using Fish Window Cleaning out of Joliet! ~Heather

I went in to add one line for my little brother and they added 2 lines. when I needed one they wouldn't remove the line said I need to call 611 to do that which make no sense. I used to work at tmobile for 3 years and they did it to increase there numbers. Thats a shame they need to cheat customers to make numbers. Then I went to pay a bill and they told me call 611 again 2 months later. I wanted to pay my bill early and the app wasn't working so I went in and they turn me away. I won't be coming back to this location again. I'll drive the extra 10 min to a better one that can help customers. ~Matthew

Newest: Mike in the pharmacy was super helpful and nice! KZ was super nice and helpful as well! Thanks for restoring my faith in CVS! Eta: we get constant texts to pick up our prescription, get there, and there is no pharmacicst on duty so we cannot pick it up. Older: This place has been progressively going downhill. Their phone system is the most obnoxious thing on the planet. I have been trying to reach a human all day and keep getting hung up on by their system that times out. I have been waiting ALL DAY for a prescription to be filled and have heard nothing. Last time I checked, people usually need medication for LIFE. ~Dragonbird

We stopped in yesterday to start a checking account. It was really close to closing time and our service representative, Bailey Thevenot, had no problem setting up the account for us. I know a lot of people would've turned us away, but Bailey is not one of them! You have a great employee there who cares for his business and his customers. Tammy was great! She cut 5 inches off my hair. Explained what we were going to do beforehand so I didn't freak out and dis exactly what we discussed. She also took into consideration my curly hair which we also talked about. I have a new stylist. I only wish I got the name of the woman who did my daughter's pixie bc I LOVE it!!!! ~Kelly
