I went in to add one line for my little brother and they added 2 lines. when I needed one they wouldn't remove the line said I need to call 611 to do that which make no sense. I used to work at tmobile for 3 years and they did it to increase there numbers. Thats a shame they need to cheat customers to make numbers. Then I went to pay a bill and they told me call 611 again 2 months later. I wanted to pay my bill early and the app wasn't working so I went in and they turn me away. I won't be coming back to this location again. I'll drive the extra 10 min to a better one that can help customers. ~Matthew
