I called multiple times and was told to wait for a callback on a refund request, but never received the call or refund. I followed up via email like I was told, but still have gotten no call to resolve this

Stopped by the store. The team was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain my options and were not pushy when I declined to upgrade at this time. AT&T coorprate take note on a how a good team functions. One thing I noticed, which is not the fault of the team, was that the windows were extremely dirty. I recomend using Fish Window Cleaning out of Joliet!

I traded in a Samsung S7 in June of 2021. Have paperwork stating $350.00 refund for trade in. Numerous calls, visits to the AT&T store in Shorewood and spoke with Madison who is terrible at her job. Promised refund 3 times and to this date nothing. She has lied from the beginning and has no customer service skills.

My wife and I had a ridiculous experience. We had to pay off the entire amount for my phone which was over $400 due to damages on the phone. We basically just needed a replacement but couldn't get one. My wife and I decided to merge accounts and upgrade our phones once my old phone was paid off. This was all fine; however, no one had the authority in the att store to approve the removal of my wife's line from her parent's line. After a 4 hour wait, we finally had the phone line switched. But, as we waited we were told we could get earbuds and a Samsung Galaxy watch to alleviate the bill. Now, we have a $635 bill with 2 phone lines that do not belong to us. This was not what was discussed in store. We were told that with the earbuds and watch, our overall bill would be $190 a month. Next time, please communicate more efficiently and a direct connection to customer service where someone knows how to handle our issue would be nice. Very unhappy customer at the moment and thinking of switching to another service.

Wowed and amazed by your associate Kim!!! She acted as if she was the manager. She made everyone feel taken care of,even though they were short staffed. Keep her around, better yet promote her!!!!!

Horrible ! NO STARS i had to hit one or it wouldn’t have let me post this! I walked in on the 16th of September asked to get set up with a family plan I was told I would have all my phones by the 21st I only received 2 phones I call to let Madison know whom I had been working with after not been able to get a hold of her in two days wouldn’t return my calls like promised that the third phone has not been received she tells me it was canceled and she will figure it out 3 days passed before I knew that the phone had been canceled so Madison tells me that she reordered the phone on a Friday and it would be here by the following Monday here it is Thursday I have not received this phone again and have not talked to Madison yet and I had to email the manager which I did on this past Tuesday and I still haven’t heard from the manager or Madison and it’s Thursday the 30th of September

Customer service sent me the wrong device twice, and it was either going to store and getting the phone that day or canceling everything. I decided to go to the Shorewood location and Dustin and Madison helped me with returning the device I received from customer service and exchange it for the one I needed. I was very pleased with the service I received. Will 100% recommend them to my friends.
