They will not anwser the phone, you cannot speak with any type of management or supervisor when you have any issues. You must go in to get service! ~Android

The pharmacist Joesph was rude. I just came in for eye drop, which the doctor called in 3 house before but some how he assumed it was a fake and drilled me with questions just because my phone number was old. I had to have the doctor recall the prescription in and also wait an extra 45 minutes. His attitude was very unprofessional and I will not be coming back. ~Alyssa

A few months ago, I opened savings and checkings accounts at this bank, and my advice is to stay away from it. If you need bank services look for a better place, don't put your money in a bank that doesn't value its customers. People that work in this bank are rude, including people in the customer service line. Every time that I needed a service, they acted discourteous and disrespectful. I ended closing my accounts here, and I would never recommend this bank to anyone. ~Blanca
