Very busy Pharmacy. The pharmacy techs are very friendly and helpful. No complaints. They have the ability to text your phone when your order is ready

The pharmacist Joesph was rude. I just came in for eye drop, which the doctor called in 3 house before but some how he assumed it was a fake and drilled me with questions just because my phone number was old. I had to have the doctor recall the prescription in and also wait an extra 45 minutes. His attitude was very unprofessional and I will not be coming back.

This pharmacy needs to open at 8am and keep their hours competitive with other pharmacies in the area. Prescription prices are slightly lower than other chain drug stores. Other than that, this is an adequate pharmacy located in a Walmart that is almost always out of every item I need.

I think the reviews are off because they didn't realize they're reviewing the pharmacy not the store. While the store is gross, the pharmacy is delightful. I get my insulin from here and the staff is truly a delight!

absolutely the worst shopping experience in my life.... 7:30AM and NOTHING but the automated checkout machines were up. Needless to say they don't work and I had my usual weekly $300.00 carts I had to unload and check out myself... After about the 15th error in minutes I said" Screw this" and walked out leaving my carts behind. If they can't open a register Jewel sure did. I will N E V E R again shop at Walmart even for the simplest of conveniences as apparently they don't care about me nor my commerce. Walmart has gone down-hill with everyone I have spoken to and I'm done. All the busted ass machines do is put cashiers out of work anyhow and at a prime time one would logically think manned lanes would be open.... Guess I will never know...... Blow me Wal-Mart.... Last straw has been drawn and your prices are not all that competitive with other stores now so welcome to being a victim of your own demise.

If there is zero star for the rating i definately will give it to this one. The associate manager RAYMOND is extraordinarily mean to customers. He insist that he has the right to amendent any store policies. Well, if he can, why did he has to do business under Walmart's name? He can start a business and do whatever he can in his own store. The reason people enjoy chain-business is they can enjoy services in any store under same brand. But, this store seems different than other stores. If anybody say anything nice of this store, i would say, RAYMOND ruin my will to come to this store again.

I visited the wal mart lube express on Sunday 4/21 in Shorewood, IL with my 2005 monte carlo. The reason i came was for a tire balance and rotation. I decided to do an oil change as well since i was already there and had some shopping to do. Immediately upon entering the older gentleman who i believe was the supervisor, was pretty rude. He pulled my car in to take a look at it. he comes back in and says "I'm not rotating your tires because the best ones are already on the front"... so i said okay just do the balance and i guess while im here i may as well get an oil change. I shopped around the store and when i got back to pick up my car my total was $29. I thought that it sounded cheap. I asked the girl who was ringing me up "Is that with the tire balance too?" she said no they didnt do a tire balance . The older man chimed in and said in a snippy voice "We talked about the rotation." I said, "Yes, but then i told you to still do the balance and an oil change".... The girl told me if i wanted a balance it would be another hour wait. I told her i didn't have the time and i was a little irritated that they didn't do what i asked. She talked with a tech to see if they could squeeze me back in. The girl comes back to tell me "Oh, they said we couldnt do the balance because of the wear and condition of your tires so here is a discolsure you need to sign that we informed you we cannot do it".... I was irate! NOBODY had told me BEFORE my services that it could not be done. I was "informed" only AFTERWARDS and was given the form to sign only AFTER the service. So the tire balance i came in for was never done and i ended up spending $29 on an oil change that i didn't even come in for. I use walmart for most of my oil change services and i have no desire to visit them again for auto services.
