I highly recommend Uhaul! The prices aren't nearly as high as other competitive companies, use gasoline instead of diesel. I was given 1500 miles free to get from florida to illinois. We didn't have to go 70 mph the entire trip either. Most companies won't allow that but Uhaul trusts their customers and I honestly appreciate that.

The process was quick, easy, and the store owner was very considerate and flexible of the U-hauls return time. It's nice to know that there's a u-haul rental on the Illinois side of the river that will do you right. Until discovering this location, which is much closer to where I live, I was always going to the Davenport, IA store. The main office isn't the cleanest but you're not going there to eat and to write a review complaining about that is quite over the top when you spend 15-20 minutes total in the office before you're on your way with the vehicle. They have an office cat there that is extremely nice and has one of the most incredible survival stories I've ever heard that's there for you to read as you sign your paperwork for the rental. A business that has a pet shouldn't concern you at all or be any reason why you don't give this place 5 STARS. I can think of dozens of other QC business including big name dealerships that allow Dogs and much more so that shouldn't be a negative for anyone. Will be returning if and when I need another.

Terrible atmosphere, sub part service. Brought my young son here and all we heard was foul language the whole time. Very unprofessional. Will not use again.

Location is AWESOME! They offer a wide variety of services like moving help and cleaning service. The guys that work there are great. They keep you well informed and take pride in what they do! Would recommend to anyone.
