Thoroughly impressed with the service we recieved at the Mattress Firm store in East Peoria, Illinois. Eli assisted us in choosing the perfect mattress and helped us save a $1000. dollars on a Tempurpedic mattress that I thought we wouldn't be able to afford. I'm thrilled with our new Tempurpedic mattress and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Eli the sales associate. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Allen is extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient and took time to demonstrate differences in the various bed models and materials. He also took time to demonstrate adjustable bed base options, accessories, and finance. Great first experience purchasing from East Peoria Illinois Mattress Firm!

Our experience at Mattress Firm in East Peoria, IL was great!! The sales representative, Allen, is very informative and knew the products very well. I can truly say that we have never had a mattress sales representative this knowledgeable. Once Allen discussed the different mattresses and bases he allowed us time to discuss amongst ourselves. No pressure at all. We made our decision and qualified for no interest!! We highly recommend Mattress Firm!!

My boyfriend and I had never bought a mattress before, but had a wonderful experience finding one today. It was quick and easy, and we were surprised to find an amazing one within our budget! This place is awesome- we will certainly be buying from them again. The deals here are great, and no matter what you're looking for, they have something for you. They have wonderful staff as well! Eli was incredibly helpful and personable :) He helped us find out what kind of bed we like, and helped us find a bed in our price range. We will be sleeping much better thanks to him! Thanks Eli!

Great experience. I knew what I wanted when I came in and there was no pressure from the associate to purchase anything different. This is something I appreciate because I do my research before I walk in to make what I consider to make a major purchase. Base/box springs came when expected, before the mattress. The mattress came about a month and a half before promised, which was great. This is a store I would recommend and do.

Were greeted in a friendly manner immediately upon entering by Jeffrey, who answered all my questions and got us scheduled for our new bed delivery very quickly. It helped we knew what we wanted, but I could tell her valued our time, and that is important to me in a salesperson.

My husband and I went to the East Peoria store to buy mattresses for our daughters new bunk bed. We arrived at the store 20 minutes before they opened on a Sunday and Eli was kind enough to let us in early. He walked us through our options for mattresses and when we decided what we wanted, he realized they were in stock at the East Peoria store. He offered to bring them over from the Peoria store to the East Peoria store himself as the warehouse delivery wasn’t working. On top of that, when I went with my daughter to pick up the mattresses, Eli walked them both to my car for me and loaded them up. He went above and beyond and you rarely experience customer service like what was provided by Eli. He’ll have a return customer. Thanks for all your help Eli!
