Staff was all masked. Customers were sparse and, avoidant. Few unmasked weren't aggressive about it. Well stocked and clean.

I went into Old Navy to get my baby some socks and I found a couple other things on clearance. Got everything I need and processed up to the register and put my stuff up on the counter. Girl scans them and I realize the socks that were on sale for $5 rang up reg price of $5.99. I proceeded to ask if that will come off at the end and she said no that’s the price and I explained that they were on sale for $5. She said it has no clearance sticker on it and it wouldn’t be on sale for $5 if they are already $5.99. So she said your total is $14 and some change and I asked can you please have someone go check that price for me. She rolled her eyes and said sure whatever. By this point I was done and walked out empty handed. Horrible customer service! Last time I’ll be shopping with Old Navy.

John the General Manager, and Ariel the lead were by far the best customer service personnel I have ever had, help me. I went in for my wife who is a high risk due to this COVID to exchange a lot of online orders, and they stopped what they were doing to make sure I was helped to the fullest extent. From swapping children sizes to even ringing me up on the spot. Let me tell you, my wife didn't tell me how much was in the online bag until I opened it in the store. I was very upset and frustrated, this would have taken me hours to find the right clothes and the right size. Thank you so much to you and your team. Will definitely come back just because of the courtesy and experience. GOOD JOB...

I like Old Navy. Always good service and great products. I wish they were more "bigger people" friendly. They're clothes run on the small tight side. Prices are on the higher end, but they do run great sales. Good quality clothes though.

I had a large return from an online purchase. The lady at the desk/cashier was so helpful and friendly! She was so respectful and made my return process very easy, eventhough, I had no receipt. We had to use my confirmation email. After I was done, I went around the store and browsed around. They are ready for the Thanksgiving sale. I ended up finding a new kind of jeans made just for the cold weather. Is soft to the touch, is perfect! I found it on four colors! Two shades of blue, white, and black. The inside feels like fleece and is so soft. The jean is from the Rockstar collection, high rise.
