I waited over 45minutes for a passport picture when I was told 15 minutes to then find out the picture was not correct. Will never go back. I think Walgreens needs to reevaluate its hiring practices and stop hiring high schoolers that are clueless.

I had an unfortunate experience with a gal in the photo department. I was not happy with the quality of my prints, and when I said so she responded with a hyper barrage of statements which amounted to "I can't do anything about it." The manager came into the situation and while I was explaining the problem the girl continued ranting at me about the whole thing. The manager was more helpful and suggested some solutions to the problem (hence, 2 stars instead of one.) The real problem with the photo department is the employees are not trained on any of the technical aspects of the color quality of color options on their printer. They are simply processing orders, and when a problem occurs they are powerless to help you with it.
