2020 Forgot to account for my estimated payments so the state and the IRS had to be the ones to inform me I was owed about $7000 refund due to COVID and ACA enrollment. THEN in June 2022 I get a letter from IL telling me I owe another $130 for not paying estimated taxes throughout 2021 (Jackson-Hewitt didn't set this up for me). I suppose I will be hearing from the IRS next for the same reason. I could have screwed this all up myself without their help.

Great service and expertise! However there was a 17% increase in cost for an uncomplicated return that was much the same as last year. Not good. But after further consideration I decided to go back to my original rating because of circumstances of the cost of doing business.

They also make sure that they ask peoples all the questions about things where it's needed that way your taxes are done with no points of mistakes.
