I had such an amazing experience!! I went to the location on Irving park! Miss Olga Rodriguez was very helpful and supper informative! This was my first time filing taxes on my own and I felt like she did an amazing time guiding me and help me understand! She was such an amazing person supper friendly! I will do my taxes with her from now on!

I’ve been coming to Jackson Hewitt for over 20 years. Since they were on Division and Clark street.. And My Tax preparer has Always been DEEG GATHURI.. She’s the Best.. Without fail.. She calls me every year to set up my Tax appointment. It means a lot to me to have someone to take care of all your tax needs. Deeg is very friendly and knows her stuff when it comes to taxes. Deeg now works at the 18 w. Jackson location. And when she moved here, I followed. If it’s up to me Deeg is my Tax preparer as long as she holds the job. Witch has been over 20 years so far… I Adore her.. And Jackson Hewitt also.

Ms. Degg is the best. She is patient, friendly, has in-depth knowledge about taxes, and offers great advice/tips. Also, she has a positive attitude and great outlook on life. The downtown Chicago location is convenient; CTA bus stop across the street, train half a block away, near retails stores, and restaurants if you want to get a quick bite to eat or pick up dinner.
