I came here to return an unopened Ghost protein powder that I bought but wanted to get a different flavor of. I bought the protein as a gift, but I accidentally purchased the wrong flavor. The woman who was working was very rude and told me that next time I want to purchase a gift for someone, I should purchase only a gift card or give cash instead. Nothing I was doing was against return policy. Lazy worker... I decided to take my business elsewhere and shop online at other stores. After the return, the worker also proceeded to talk about me with another customer explaining why I was returning the product. Won’t be going to GNC again.

They're happy to spend as much time as it takes educating you and helping you find what you need. They push the more expensive stuff, but if you say you don't want to spend the extra money, they don't bring it up again.

If I can give this place a 0 I would! Worst experience I have ever had at any GNC store I used to be a regular here till Joe or Joan whatever her name is messed everything up. They don't believe in customer service. They won't take care of you, just go somewhere else. I will not be returning here or shopping at GNC anymore. I will start shopping online since there's not such thing as customer service anyway
