Staff helped. Ultimately used to carry all the make up lines and all that they offered. That is not the case now. This is how Amazon got so big. People are tired of running their legs off. More stores are destined to go out of business with gas prices being so high etc

I wish I could leave zero stars. I understand having worked retail myself that you want to leave when work is done, but don't lock your door until it's actually time to close. I showed up at 8 mins to close not to shop for anything I just had a quick return to do before I went out of town. And when I walked over to the store, the door was locked the two associates and I assume the manager just stood there and looked at me and they were already closing up the registers. If you can go to a different Ulta where they actually understand that when your hours say 8:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. is when they lock their doors not 10 to 8:00. So disappointing especially having been a manager of multiple retail locations myself. If that had been my associates, those associates would have been in so much trouble because you never know what kind of revenue you can make in those last 10 minutes. I might have shopped for those few mins and gave them more business than my return.

Was offered zero help in this location. The cashier never informed me about my point status or my birthday gift. Overall very disappointed in the lack of attentiveness of the ladies in this location.

This was my first time at the Ulta salon and I can't say enough good things. I had an amazing experience. Lynda is amazing!! She is welcoming, attentive and professional. She listened to me and provided great suggestions. I love my haircut!! It was excellent what I pictured. Will definitely be back.

There was a saleswoman Sharon who saw I was struggling holding my products in my hands, I had so many, so she politely asked if I needed a basket and went and got me one. She also went over and beyond to help me find a specific product when any other employee would have just looked at the shelf and say “everything we have is out.” She found me the product and legit saved the day! Sharon you are an amazing woman and salesperson. You have an amazing heart!

While I was at this location I was asked if I needed help probably 6-8 times. The lady with purple hair asked me 3 times within like 5 minutes...! No one made any comments/asked me questions about products I was looking at and no one offered me a bag when my hands were full. Just the same question over and over again. I also had to ask if I could use my points vs the cashier telling me I had points I could redeem. Overall, it just seemed like the employees were more interested in having personal conversations than actually helping the customers in the store.
