1st time at this location my stylist was just transferred here. The place looks nice, the women could have been a bit more friendly.

There wasn't a wait time when I arrived. The person that cut my hair was friendly. The place was clean and organized. The haircut was what you would expect from a place called Cost Cutters.

A decent place for getting haircut but frequent changes in hairdresser makes it all the more challenging for a satisfactory outcome. I used to have them write down my style but this time the lady who took care of my hair was not able to find it. Also being the only one in these suburbs makes it difficult to get an appointment through the app or in person. While there are more than 2 great clips and other hairdressing salons in this area, cost cutters should consider opening more of them for western suburbs. The apps needs upgrading as it does not recognize walk-in and those who schedule appointments and get there early to be pushed up.

Sent my mother-in-law from Texas over for a cute pixie cut. I felt bad because I couldn't go with her as I had an appt but she was very happy once she returned. The ladies were very nice and dis a great job with her cut. Great cut, nice value and pleasant conversation...what more could anyone ask for during a salon visit.

Apparently the lady I had did not even know how to wear a mask correctly. The other woman there wore better protection than she did with a face shield and mask. She didn’t ask what I wanted to do with my shaved parts like if I wanted them rounded or sharp. She shaved around my ears too short and it looks a bit weird now and will grow out funky. One of the shavers actually pinched my skin a little while she was shaving. Very disappointed and with think twice about coming again. Service: Hairstyling

I will never go anywhere else ! The only person allowed to touch my eyebrows for the rest of my life is my beloved Julissa! None of my family has ever had a bad haircut here. I've never had any issue as long as I have Julissa (i am picky) and never had any issues with staff. I once had Norma and she was great too! Highly recommend.
