The store is located in a great neighborhood that’s why I’m giving it 1 star. I want to support local business but my experience was never good. The staff is more about storytelling, keeping everyone in line waiting. Then they keep you, well, at least me at the register forever because nothing ever works with them. All this is the norm. Then I walk out and the alarm rings. Again, more of the norm for this store. They say it’s nothing go on but I feel awful walking out of the store when I paid for everything and the alarm rings. Not fair. I paid but I have to walk out like a thief, with alarm ringing and they don’t stop it either. It’s happened more than once. It happened today as well. It’s a horrible feeling. It ruined my day. I don’t like the store at all. It’s a unique experience at this store and and definitely not for me, not one I want to have.

The pharmacy takes the absolute longest! On a Tuesday around 11 am still 25 min+ in drive-through and it’s only 1 car in front of me. When I pull up Zero acknowledgment…. This is awful.

I dont typically resort to this, but after waiting a half an hour to speak to someone and then being hung up on, I have had enough. This pharmacy is awful about getting prescriptions in on time. When you call to ask them to look into other Walgreens for the prescription, they magically have it in stock for you. I put in a refill a week ago, received a notification that it was out of stock and would be in on the 18th. Fast forward to the 20th, it is still not in and was told they would be receiving a shipment later that day. Unfortunately, I was out of town, so when I got back on the 21st, I called to see if my prescription was in. Waited a half an hour and then was hung up on and now they are closed. I have reached the point where I am no longer taking a medicine that I must take twice a day. They are unreliable and until something changes with staffing, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

I have been waiting for 40 minutes for pharmacy to check on something just for them to drop the call! I have tried on 3 different occasions and it appears pharmacy never answers their phone. Do other customers have the same issue?

If you go early it's OK. Don't go late afternoon or at night it's too crowded

Cashier lady is SUPER sweet!!!! The drive-up pharmacy lady had morning attitude, but was nice at the end of checkout. A quirky Walgreens for sure, store is clean and well stocked. Most staff is very friendly and helpful. Pharmacists are nice and helpful as well.

Fantastic customer service every time I am there. Today, the brunette woman in cosmetics was so kind to connect me to Dawn the pharmacy tech. She was so kind and thorough, helping me find just what I needed for my sick babe. Thank you, Dawn!

A majority of the pharmacy staff are great. The newer kid has a serious attitude problem and can't seem to stop being a condescending little brat.
