My car was in the Sharp Body Shop for almost 2 months, from 4/16/22 to 6/2/22. They poorly worked with the insurance that was paying for my car repairs. I had to call the insurance by myself to ask why for 2 weeks they don’t answer for supplement request. They told me they didn’t did get it or lost the message from the body shop.So if I hadn’t called them, they wouldn’t have even known about request. 5/19/22 they called me and said that my vehicle was at a body shop and will go into painting and reassembly. 5/26/22 I came to them because my car rental was about to expire but my car was still not ready. When I received my car, the paint job was poor and my car always show I have an open hood. Now I have to find a mechanic to see if it’s a system problem or a problem with a hood, which I never had before I left the body shop.They didn’t give me any documents wen I left my car in the body so I have some questions about miles in my car. I do not recommend the Sharp Body Shop if you want a good, fast, quality job done. Oksana S.

I had to revise my earlier review after speaking to the owner today. He was very professional and caring of what the situation was. He completely listened to all of what the grievances I had were and offered great solutions to them all. By the end of the call I was in a way better place and felt way better about my decision to originally bring my vehicle here. My visit to Sharp Auto Body yesterday, was not my first. I have had my vehicle repaired there previously due to an auto accident. However, I noticed that my turn signal was not working. I reached out to Louie, and he was able to get me in right away for the repair. As always, the staff was courteous, professional, and got the job done in no time. Wanted to update a previous review after I did get my car back I am happy with the work that was done and everyone was very nice and professional. I will say communication is key to helping move any problematic situation along quickly. Sharp Auto did the best they could to get the parts and talk with my insurance so I could get my car back as soon as possible and while it did take longer than anyone would like I’m confident to say I recommend using Sharp Auto body for your car repairs. Left me with a car with a bad axel, ruined wheel bearings and failed steering rack after a front end collision. Thousands more in repairs had to be done to make my car safe to drive again. Though they sure didn’t mind billing my insurance for an extra $300 two weeks after I picked up my (still broken) car. My car had 40,000 miles. Not some rust bucket. They could have fixed it if they had tried. Do NOT come here unless someone only traded paint with your car and all you need is body work. Paint job was decent.

First time using Sharp Auto Body - an overall great experience! The staff is professional, followed up with progress, and finished on time. They worked directly with insurance company, using the right parts to complete a quality job. Loaner car available, and guaranteed for life.
