These people here were so helpful on the phone the night before, locating the best Yamaha in my price range for a beginner and same thing today when I went in to purchase. We had rented here before and were happy with the service then and they did not disappoint now. I like a business that doesn’t try to oversell. I was able to purchase the clarinet for way less than 2 years cost of rental.

Jeff Bosacki (store manager) has been particularly helpful in helping us choose step-up instruments as our children have grown. In the past year, we have purchased three professional-level instruments for our kids, and Jeff has been very helpful in explaining the various feature differences between models and brands, having the instruments ready when we come in to try them out and giving us all the time needed for multiple playing sessions before purchasing. We have gotten some great prices and most especially financing options from Music & Arts.

We needed a maintenance kit and he sold me a 20% off item because it was missing a part we didn’t need. He recommended a mouthpiece and ligature (the reason we went in) that actually gave my son a better tone but wasn’t the $150 mouthpiece. He even tested the horn and told me it could use a tune up but it was ok until summer so my son won’t be without a horn for a week during school. Really a top notch experience and they won a loyal customer.

They’re knowledgeable, articulate, friendly, and you can tell they have a passion for music. Jeff is a really cool dude, he helped me this last time. Recommend to anyone.
