There drivers are horrible. Made many complaints. There gonna end up hurting someone. And it dont do any good to go to the company bc they just look at you like ur nuts....

Don't even try to deliver my packages. Get the same thing everytime, receiver agreed to pickup from this location. And good thing they are only open for 2 hours and getting ahold of them is real easy. Google maps puts the dot right were I live and the buildings are clearly marked.

Awesome staff. Very helpful. Went out of their way to help me track down a package originally sent to my rural address but I couldn't be there so they met me at the UPS depot. Great service.

I have been getting various packages and they are shipped via ups. My problem is they refuse to deliver my packages to my home and I have to constantly go out to the ups facility! They used to deliver here and now they putting on the tracking info that customer has agreed to pick up package. I have NOT agreed to this . You are paid to deliver packages so now all of the sudden are you NOT doing it ? This is a big inconvenience and if it was my choice I would NOT ever deal with this facility.

Company ups drivers are great...never an issue..always delivers packages. New temporary drivers cannot use google maps or any gps device to find their delivery address... more than once it has become an issue. On 5/5/2020 a package was out for delivery by ups in Jacksonville Illinois. Still waiting and I have called them ....package will be at amazon facility tomorrow...returned by Jacksonville Illinois ups as undeliverable.....yet I received 2 other packages from ups this week! Drivers lying....website says I requested package to be held for pickup at facility...wrong....next package was refused and will be returned to sender...wrong!!!!!! I will have to reorder and hope I get a company driver this time so I may receive my package!

Once I found it, and realized that I had to go around to the front (North) side, employee entrance, I was good. I was able to get our package from the staff inside with no troubles and was on my way home in under 5 minutes.

I have to give UPS a five star cuz they bring my medicine from the VA to me and they bring it up to my door knock on my door and let me know that it is here and I can't say it's just one driver it's all of the drivers that deliver my medicine they're great and I'd recommend him to anybody

UPS was a reliable shipper once. Now they have 10 business hours per week to pick up packages they regularly fail to deliver.
