CAR BUYING MADE EASY!! The entire team at Hawk VW in Joliet is amazing. Jose Guzman guided us through without a glitch. He put us in an amazing Atlas that we absolutely LOVE! Who likes buying a car? It lasts hours and hours. From the moment we stepped on the lot until we left was less than 3 hours including choosing the vehicle and two test drives. Jose isn’t pushy like most sales people. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He worked with the Manager to get us the best deal possible and actually lowered our current monthly payment. I must say this place is awesome the staff was helpful and upfront and willing to give the shirt off there back to git me in the vehicle I wanted. My sales representative Spencer was so knowledgeable about everything very patient with me and my wife throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond. I was having a very bad shopping experience until the day my husband called and spoke to Ashley from financing. He explained to her my situation briefly and asked if they could help. Everyone involved not only helped but they went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was straight to the point with no time wasted! Ricky my salesman was the best salesman! He was not pushy! He listened to what I wanted, then found and sold it with absolutely no hassle. Brittany from financing started my paperwork while I was at home. The next morning I sat with Ashley in financing, she finished up the sale with absolutely no pressure and no number changes. I walked out shortly after with my brand new 2022 Jetta sport!! We had a great car buying experience with Ricky and the rest of the staff at Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet. Ricky was very professional and knowledgeable on the Atlas and the buying whole process. We only spent about 90 minutes total at the dealer and we drove away with the new vehicle. Attentive service, assistance in obtaining a loan for a car. He helped us and answered all our questions about the car and the loan.
