CAR BUYING MADE EASY!! The entire team at Hawk VW in Joliet is amazing. Jose Guzman guided us through without a glitch. He put us in an amazing Atlas that we absolutely LOVE! Who likes buying a car? It lasts hours and hours. From the moment we stepped on the lot until we left was less than 3 hours including choosing the vehicle and two test drives. Jose isn’t pushy like most sales people. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He worked with the Manager to get us the best deal possible and actually lowered our current monthly payment. Had an employee bring my truck in for an oil change. They pulled the cabin air filter and jammed it back in when he said he didn't want one. They pushed it in despite there being an obvious mouse nest. Nest isn't their fault but jamming the filter so that the debris gets sucked into the air box is their fault. My truck now sounds like it has no exhaust when the blower kicks on. Wish I could give a worse review then 1 star. The incompetence of their employees is going to cost me untold hours cleaning the blower assembly out if I can even get it out. ~Jeff
