This is not how you should serve this. Over done and in the warmer so long it’s dry and the inside is chewy. Also mine looks like it was bitten and put back on the top

Worse McDonald's i have ever been too!!! You have enough people staffed so stop the b.s and have someone clean the restaurant! I'll just go to the Walmart instead. At least they are cleaner then this. Nothing but disgusting bathrooms and tables!

Visiting this location is like playing Russian roulette with service & sometimes accuracy. So, you know if you chance it, that was your decision to do so lol. Today was the first time I actually sat inside to eat with my boys, mostly to take advantage of their open Playland. 1. Bring your own sanitizer, they're out. And maybe even your own lysol wipes - the ones they have are almost entirely dry. Also, bring your own napkins. Lol 2. Double check your order, missed a few things, but they fixed it quick. 3. Service. I usually hit the drive through so can't usually see what's going on behind the scenes but today I did. They are working, and quickly at that. They're also communicating, though it seems difficult between the front and back teams (i.e. fillers vs makers). Often heard the fillers asking for the same thing several times. The one maker I could see from their team looked confused, but not sure what their area is. Anyway, I think both sides could use some team building which would overall enhance service. There may be a bit of care needed top, but I've been there and know how easy it is not to with a gig like this so....🤷♀️ Overall, I can't say my experience differs from most other McDonald's I've experienced. Seems to be the norm with this chain now and little to no desire to change it from the top. 3 stars for having a decent Playland (or even having one at all).

Everytime i go. The food is horrible. There is no heat on the food, and the hamburger i ate was cold. Who wants cold food. They are not giving a discount on the food, or simply garbage. Then i report it to the manager who hangs up on me hangs up on me on June 30, 2022 at 4:11 pm. That was so rude. The food should be HOT NOT COLD. WILL REPORT THIS. People need to stop excepting anything.

We usually go here after church on Wednesday nights about 8pm. The drive thru is always busy. They have two lanes and it always seems that one is doing great getting the orders and moving on, the other not so much. I am not sure if one is a trainee or what. When we finally get to the window's to pay and then to get our food everything moves smoothly. The staff seems to have "visitors" standing around doing nothing while some are working hard to make and get the orders out. Not sure if this is shift change and people are just not leaving right away...

This notification has been sitting on my Google phone for two weeks. I've been thinking about what to say. Normally I would write a funny, theatrical or interesting anecdote or if I had an especially negative experience I'd rip them a new one but there's something a bit more serious that needs to be said about McDonald's - an elephant in the room. The western world is stuck in a very real, very dangerous obesity epidemic. I think the latest number I saw was like 1 or 2 in 3?! It's killing people, it's causing massive harm to both individuals and societies. And its not going away easily. It's extremely complicated and involves economics, politics, science, culture and technology. I think it's a silent killer where the complexity and consequences of the obesity epidemic are closer to big news topics like cancer, health care, the dangers of technology, poverty, climate change, war, etc but it's not talked about in an actionable way. We aren't making progress on the problem despite DECADES of attempts. That concerns me. I feel like other things are at least actionable. Climate change is huge and will take a long time and might not ever be completely fixed but it feels more actionable like there are steps humanity can take if/when we reach a consensus. Sorry I know this is wordy but it's because I don't have the words for it even though I know it's real. I needed to bring all that up in order for the next part to make sense. None of this obesity epidemic is McDonald's fault. McDonalds was just a restaurant started by a dude. They do not control politics, economics or technology. They cannot cause the obesity epidemic nor fix it. If they quit tomorrow, nothing would change. They are in the middle of this problem just like me and the other 2/3rds of people. Anyway, now that I got the elephant out of the room, McDonald's makes a good quality hamburger at a price that is a good value. Nothing more could be expected from a company. 5 stars.

The absolute worst McDonald’s of all time. They cannot get one order right! They do not pick up the phone when you call. They don’t care at all. They will happily make you pay for day-old nuggets. They will happily take your money, and forget about your order. No one there cares! No salt on fries is mandatory. Ordering a large, medium, or small drink always comes in the same see-through coffee cup. What TF is going on here? The McDonald’s Corp will send you a worthless card that expires before it gets to you. Everyone here deserves to be fired. The BBB is next. Get your business together or get lost!!!! This is the absolute worst place I’ve been to in my entire life. How do the worker expect to be paid more when they can’t event make a burger? There are ‘how to’ references all over the walls. Maybe add pictures for these special employees. You lost and will continue to lose. See ya later bye.

Went thru drive up and ordered an unsweetened ice tea. Took sip noticed tea was sweetened. Informed cashier I ordered unsweetened tea. Cashier had me had me pull up. Waited and employee came to car with another ice tea. Drove away took sip. It was also sweetened. Two attempts to get right order failed. Very inefficient.

Went to drive thru and waited a while. When I finally ordered, they said they on take cash. When I get to the window to pay, they didn't have change for a hundred dollar bill. (With all the cash they're taking). Then I go inside and all the employees and customers bundled up because they don't have heat. They're customer service really sucks. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I tried calling corporate and couldn't get through. UNBELIEVABLE!

Food is always fresh. They just get a little slow for my taste. Not a quick place to go if you have a 30 mins lunch brake unless you eat in the car on the way home. The line is just about always wrapped around the corner. At least the McFlurry machine works.
