I was informed nothing would be lost or change. I am not a gamer, and I had 15 games downloaded. Which have been Uninstalled. My home screen and lock screen are items I have NEVER seen before. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I had an issue with the infinity box. I called and even tho the manager wasn't around the staff was able to troubleshoot my problem. Thank you for that!! I only gave 3 stars because if it would of been explained to me in the beginning I would of never needed to call. JS
