This specific bank and manager Maria are useless. I have never had such a poor experience with a bank. Today I closed my accounts after being a customer for 11 years. Steer clear of BoA and this specific bank. Believe the bad reviews and bank literally anywhere else. after the took money from one account and put it in the other with permission and refused to correct, Maria told me “hopefully everything works out” in a condescending way. After explaining that if the didn’t I couldn’t pay rent. What a spiteful individual. So I let her know it’s her fault and said “F”this place and left. So I was called by the person above the branch manager and I said I would remove this review but after thinking about it more, I decided that since he literally did nothing I wil do nothing. I am so happy I closed all my lines of business with you after over a decade.

This is a big building with lots of parking. I didn’t find the female employee who was sitting in the first cubical on the main entrance side as the most enthusiastic and politest bank clerk

Stopped in to make change. I was refuse service since I am not an account holder however I am a stockholder and as somebody who took a vested interest in Bank of America. it is sad to see the training that this branch is giving to their employees. I felt that it was very rude and inconsiderate to be questioned and refused as a stockholder. I would like to see Training to avoid this Type of behavior from this branch

Atms were being filled so I had to go inside to make a deposit. Waited in line for 15 min then left. Came back later in the day, atm didnt allow deposit so I went back in. I waited another 10 before I was helped. More then one teller would be helpful. Wasted a lot of time

Their ATM is always in working order with no glitches. Fast and secure! The bank itself has some of the very best personal offering exceptional customer service. They remember your name and always have a smile and rush to assist you. I'm treated as if I were a very rich client when I'm just a senior living from month to month; I still get red carpet treatment. A wonderful experience every time I come and again, their ATM is one fabulous working machine, always accurate and never a glitch, never closed for repairs. I fully trust BOA for all my financial needs. A great asset to the Naperville area!

It's not the drive in but the lack of not being able to talk with anyone by phone. Their message says all associates busy with other customers which is a flat out lie. There is no hold time to speak with an associate nor ability to leave a callback number. Then they disconnect you. The same with Wells Fargo. These banks are too big for their britches. Sadly I'm retired and my life is connected to both of these banks through direct deposit and mortgage. I'm a senior and don't have the energy to switch. I try and have the very minimum contact with either one of them!😥

i could give zero if i can. but one star tells everything about their manager's horrible service and rude attitude. i will close my account and never touch Bank of America again, never! what we need is a letter from bank, showing our available fund in our account. their manager's attitude was not acceptable, she is very discriminated, she refused us with very rude attitude, we are so upset. this bank center is not for you, for sure.

Maria is a horrible manager. Worked there a while ago, bank of america is a toxic work environment it affects employees and customers. Would not recommend at all, HR department is very biased.

I never had any trouble with any other BOA location except this one. I have been with BOA for more than 10 years now. Today, I came in for certified check which I needed for passport application. I had appointment with USPS at 1230. I reached bank at 1205 PM assuming I will be in and out soon. USPS is not very far from this location either. There were 5-6 teller locations but only one teller was working there. There were 4 customers ahead of me. Every customer was taking forever, and the banker was doing nothing to expedite - like at Chase whenever I go, banker always ask if customer can use Atm - and most customers ahead of me seems like withdrawing money which can easily be expedited if banker would have guided them to use ATM instead. So around 1220, I told banker can he help me with Casher check he said no because he doesn’t have access to teller machine which surprised me? He also stated they usually have another teller, but she is on lunch break. Why would you have your teller on lunch break when you know most traffic will come around lunch break and why can’t banker help me using his system? I left bank at 1225 because I was still waiting for my turn and I figured if I wait longer it will be useless for me since I would not make up to my appointment at 1230PM. So here is the summary: 1. There was only one teller serving knowing that 12PM-1PM is rush hour as most people come to bank around that time during weekdays. 2. The banker was useless. He greeted and all, but he was not helpful at all. He wasn’t helping customers to guide them to see if they can use ATM as other banks does. On top of it he didn’t had any access to any of teller machine and he could not helped me with certified check using his system. 3. I waited in line for 20 minutes with 4 customers ahead of me and when I left I was still waiting for my turn. Providing this branch is closer to my work I would rather go to other branches next time then this one.

I came in today to make a deposit for the company that I work for and didn't realize that I my ID had expired. The gentleman helping me was super nice and was able to figure out a way to help me regardless of the fact that I didn't think I had the correct documentation. I would recommend this BOA as they're always helpful and nice, even if they are a little behind every now and then. Very personable and friendly.
