The pharmacy staff are fantastic! There is a consistent and steady pace for going through the drive thru. The pick up process is efficient and staff are very helpful. The pharmacy gives accurate wait times for same day fill of a prescription.

Holy moly. Never been racially profiled before but I guess there's a first time for everything! Wanted to read reviews to see if anyone has had a similar experience and was not disappointed. Screw you "Dave". You fat, miserable and sloppy looking guy with glasses. I will be calling corporate to complain specifically about you. If you do this again I will record and make you go viral. See if you can get a job elsewhere after that. Do better. I have over 6 figures in my bank account and my wardrobe is probably worth more than what you make in 5 years.

I've had occasional friendly service, However I came in today because I had a $2 off coupon I looked in the fridge no 1 liter cokes they never stock up on the 1.25 liter cokes it's seems if I have a coupon or try and get a deal it's a bother to them they need to stock up better and have more 2 sizes of Coke $2.49 for a 20 oz bottle of Coke ridiculous I'm not ever coming back again. They discontinue products that are cheaper just to get my money this has been going on for over a year now where they don't have the 1.25 liter cokes

This place is a disaster!! It is never pleasant to go inside, so I just spent 48 MINUTES in the drive-up line to pick up a prescription that was ready yesterday. 48 MINUTES, with only 3 cars in front of me. 48 MINUTES to get up to the window, and, I'm sorry to say, the lady at the window couldn't understand or speak English. I had the spell my first name 6 times, and then just gave her my I.D. so she could look up my prescription. Also, I understand Covid drive-up testing, BUT it should be a separate line. I would go somewhere else for my meds, but this is where my insurance sends me. I'd be willing to change insurance to avoid this place!

This place is sooo dirty, understocked, and generally messy all the time. Like stuff all over the aisles, things in wrong places, etc... and then the people who work there are just chilling up front on their phones. I live literally 50 yards from this place and I'd rather drive the miles to go to Walgreens instead.

I tried to get a covid test but the link they sent me in my confirmation text was the completely wrong address. It was extremely frustrating because I tried to get there early for the appointment and I ended up being late, tried to call numerous times to only get the voicemail loop from the dashboard, and then was not accepted to the appointment. It is the last thing I needed when not feeling well and trying to drag myself in for a covid test. CVS should do a better job of giving accurate information for the confirmation texts. However, I do acknowledge that I was also rude back to the pharmacy people who I know were just trying to do their jobs and are not allowed to accept appointments past 10 minutes late. For that, I do sincerely apologize. I will not be going back to CVS, but I should not have made the jobs harder on the employees who work here and for that I accept responsibility and apologize.

“Dave” is a rude and unfriendly employee, aggressively approached me while quietly shopping asking if my 10lb well behaved and friendly chihuahua is a service dog to which i responded honestly that no he’s not, but CVS is dog friendly to ALL animals as long as they are well behaved and you can even look that up. He lied and said no that’s not true and that i have to leave and i said really where is there any sign that says that? He continued to lie that basically just he decided it’s true. It’s not true, according to official CVS rules and every other CVS i’ve been to has no problem and enjoy my dog’s company. And no, there is not a sign stating this rule that Dave made up anywhere. My chihuahua terrier is literally 10 pounds and never makes a sound or accident in the store. The reason i bring him is i have anxiety and he is a therapy animal. He also has anxiety being left alone in the car. Dave is a rude and annoying employee who is the male version of a Karen. Bye dave

Worked with a pharmacy technician over the phone on having my prescription mailed to me next day delivery. The technician's initial starts with an H, she was so kind thorough and knowledgeable. I really appreciate great service and she was superb. I wanted her and the pharmacy staff to know I appreciate them. Thank you for your service!!!

Do NOT get your prescriptions filled here. Not sure if it’s just this location but they have zero competence on filling orders correctly and getting it billed correctly. Called days ahead trying to avoid issues and then when picking up they not only did not fill the prescription but they didn’t have anymore in stock and didn’t say anything until I arrived. Go elsewhere if you value getting your medicine on time without a hassle.
