So I call 8:00 in the morning to reserve a car that I can purchase at 4:00 I get a phone call and they told me they already sold it when I was 45 minutes into my trip Don't believe this dealership they're greedy and they lie.

Needed a car asap. My 99 Grand Prix was leaking brake fluid all over. 198,000 miles. Went in and car buying in 2022 is messed up. in 2022 not much new inventory as everyone is preordered. Used inventory tight also. I was looking for a 2-3 year old reliable car. Found a 2020 Civic which was what I needed. Low miles and Honda certified. Salesman Jared and Scott business manager made the usually distasteful auto dealer experience, a pleasant experience. No hard sell, explained everything. Car was priced a little under KBB. Very satisfied and in 3 years hopefully the auto inventory has caught up so I can trade up. Will certainly go there first. Thanks for everything. Oh They give you free car washes so I’ll be going up there and getting my car washed today

Jared was awesome I bought a Civic EX Hatchback blue.....he explained all the options and was courteous and thorough. This dealership was the ONLY one that got back to me over texts and phone with actual numbers before I took the hour long drive out. Also we got some TOOL fans up in the dealership so that is always a plus. :) Kudos to their web sales dept. also

This was my first visit. Came back to Streator and my husband and I went back. Had to make sure on the leg room, a lot of leg room. I spotted a vehicle to try out and ended up getting it. I love it, just getting use to it not being a truck. Can't complain it has an awesome amount of hauling room. Thank you Jerard.

I've dealt with dealerships in the past and there's a reason I drive 30 minutes every time I need an oil change or service (which isn't often). They are an honest company and I have always been pleased with the service they've provided. They even installed a part I purchased on my own at no charge because they felt they'd missed it needing to be replaced in a previous visit, and they had suggested I purchase it from a 3rd party seller as the Honda part was priced astronomically. I will continue to go to Bill Walsh for all my service needs, and when the time comes, purchase a new vehicle from them as well.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. From the Sales person Peter Gallo to finance they were outstanding. They also had the best price compared to the other dealers around. Very friendly and not pushy at all. I was so happy with them I purchased two vehicles within a few months of each other. After each purchase Peter called to see how things were going and to ask if I had any questions. Thank you Bill Walsh and Peter! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
