I came in and signed in like usual. My Stylist Amanda was very sweet. She did a FANTASTIC job on my hair! I will most definitely come back just to see her and her only. All of the other stylists were so worried about making more money that they didn't even sweep or vacuum the hair off the floor! It was quite Disgusting actually!! Especially with everything else going on right now. I felt very uncomfortable seeing this. So many germs from everyone else now being tracked through the entire place. On everyone's shoes who walk through. Considering everything going on with Covid this should not be happening. I was beyond thrilled to get Amanda. Especially noticing how well she cleaned her tools and the floor and her station itself after each person she took. Even during busy times. She ensured her station was clean. Someone needs to do something about the other stylists you have there. It happened the last time I went in there. That's why I made sure to ask for Amanda again. Not to mention her outstanding service. She was extremely polite and ensured I was happy with my haircut when I left. I would also like to add I do not like the attitude from the other girls. They are very rude. I called one day to ask a simple question about about how long of a wait there was. Someone named Kira answered the phone. Her tone was beyond rude. She was not pleasant to talk to by any means at all. Do not answer the phone and demand your clients to download an app on their phone to find out what the wait time is. The ONLY reason you got my return service was because of the woman who cut my hair that day. I had half a mind to report the location to corporate for that. To Amanda I rate 5 stars the location and other workers I give a Zero but I can’t unfortunately. Amanda I THANK YOU and cannot express enough how great full I am for everything you do in between each cut you get. Some may not notice but to someone who has immune compromised family I thank you! Well done. I also appreciate you taking your time to make sure my haircut was perfect. And I will be sure to ask for you again! As for the rest including management I'd say more training needs to take place especially when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. Beyond ridiculous. Service: Haircut
