I dropped in twice during my short visit to Pekin, and am so glad I did! Was able to easily contact the owner and make arrangements for the next day. The group was very laid back yet professional, and gave good guidance. The classes were a nice mix of mobility, strength and conditioning. Will definitely come back and work out with the guys and gals next time I am in town. Most definitely recommend!

This place is awesome. I am 35 years old, 6' tall, 235 lbs., and out of shape. I have never done a day of crossfit in my life. I went for a class at 5:30am and they let me try it for free. The people here are awesome! I am not good at anything they do here. They do lifts that I have never tried. While I am still terrible at the movements I am encouraged and inspired by other members. They break down the lifts to help me try to learn the movements. They never made me feel bad about my fitness level or lack of skill in what we were doing.... they were just the opposite. Come try it. If you like to work hard and always try to push yourself to the next level... this is the place for you.

This place had changed my life, I look forward to going to the gym everyday! The people are incredibly friendly and supportive and Jake (owner/trainer) is smart and passionate. He cares about every person that walks through the door and wants to do whatever he can to help them reach their goals. If you're looking for a great workout, this is absolutely the place for you!
