Amazing customer service at this location. They were ready to take our order the second we walked in. Inside was clean. Ask Leighanna to make your blizzard, her blizzard making skills are awesome! I’ve never had a better blizzard.

Came through there today on way back home from Chicago hubby and I ordered blizzards. They first off did not tip them over like they supposed to and we know why. They were not the thickness of a blizzards but more like a shake. Very disappointed. Was on way home or would have turned around. Never had a bad experience there before but this was awful the drive thru employee even said this one is melting as she handed it to us it was not hot outside 😕. Very upset.

Great experience. First visit DQ ever. Clean place and washrooms. nice friendly crew, food great, fresh hot coffee and all condiments filled ready and clean and tables. after pandemic in almost no restaurants (no Burger king, McDonalds, )

8:00 at night and had a long line at the drive through and many cars in the parking lot suggesting a very busy night. The crew, that was working, did a great job keeping things moving. They were polite and to the point. Burgers and onion rings were good and made the way we asked for them to be made.

Ordered a choco dipped STRAWBERRY.... I love the choco... And the vanilla? Where is the strawberry? Mind you the picture looks like it has pink in it but don't let it fool you it tastes only like vanilla and chocolate. Better luck next time...? Or is it going to be the same quality of every other trash fast food place in Pontiac. I'd rather drive the 45min to Bloomington for Culvers or Oberweis.

Not happy at all with this place, there service & food is always dissapointing. I specifically have to ask for fresh fries Everytime and still they can't get it right. The burger we received tonight after waiting in the drive thru over 20 min. Was completely raw, you can even see the blood on the bun. Unacceptable. The only reason others probably still go here is because they don't know the definition of what good food is period!
