I went there today and got ripped off. I asked the worker about it and he practically dismissed me, won't be going there again I advise you don't either. They also gave me the wrong receipt and refused to give me the right one, check your prices while you're out there because they're untrustworthy. And they lie about their prices.

I loved this location. The manager and staff were very helpful and kind. The store was well stocked with household essentials and priced reasonably.

The guy behind the counter was very respectful and has great customer service. He spoke to everyone that walked in there and that's how it should be. I don't know his name but he must always be there because I heard a customer say do you ever go home LOL. I love going in establishments with great customer service. I will definitely be back.

Please check your prices when checking out. The register prices does not always match the price that is advertised on label. This has happened on 3 visits. In other words the register is ringing up higher prices. I will not be returning to this particular store again. This has happened to often.

Love the new remodeled Family Dollar. I just hope they keep it organized and clean. The staff is nice too.

I had to call the cops on the manager there. He told me his name was Anthony. He was so rude and disrespectful. I went to return something, unopened and with the receipt, that I had just purchased not even 24 hours earlier. He told me electronics could not be returned, only exchanged or for a store credit. I told him nobody told me that when I purchased it and that was nowhere on the receipt. He told me oh well those were the rules and there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me he didn't have a manager. I started writing down what was happening so I could call corporate and took some pictures. He told me to get out and threw my bag with my purchase out the door. So I called the cops on him. I am calling corporate and I will NEVER shop at a Family Dollar again!!!

I really must say, I enjoy the environment at this location. The staff is almost always very very professional and courteous, especially Michele. She makes my experience with Family Dollar a very personal one! Keep up the good work Michele!!
