Went there after a long day of shopping, exhausted. There was no chai! Indian resturant with no chai ( indian tea latte) is unheard of , atleast to me.Its even on their menu for $2! This experience was on Saturday. Friday night they were closed for public due to private party. No communication at the door regarding that. When we went inside and waited to be seated they said we are closed for outside public.

Nice to have buffet after pandemic era Good: -Decent ambience -Start of buffet -Good veg curry options Need improvement: -Should have more starters -Kid buffet is just 1.5 dollar less than adult buffet price which is too much for my 5 year kid. -Refilling of items was slow

Very nice restaurant and a nice portion compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. The guy Tony that works there is the man with his service and hospitality versus the other two guys that usually are there. Foods a little oily but just ask for less oil and they will accommodate!

Fantastic Indian food loved by local Indian families. Strong drinks and friendly service, lots of vegetarian and meat options. Servings are huge and they happily provide containers for leftovers.

Not impressed. Very rude staff. It's like they all hate working there. Plastic silverware. Table was dirty when we sat down. If you love bone in chicken 2 or 3 dishes on bufett. Not much other meat choices. Dishes that should be on a indian buffet we're not there. Just very very disappointed in this.

Absolutely rude! Owner/Manager treats deliver drivers very disrespectfully. If he treats drivers like this he probably treats his own staff worse. I’m giving 3 stars because I hope the gentleman I dealt with today doesn’t represent the rest of their leadership team. Happy to change review if next time I’m in for a pickup I’m treated better. In the mean time my advice to ownership is please deal with this because we’re all people and we all deserve respect.

I’m not sure why the reviews were so mixed because we ordered our dinner through Grubhub and it was fantastic! Delicious food, every item ordered was flavorful and fresh looking and fresh tasting. Maybe they have a rotating kitchen staff and the quality changes for that reason? We highly recommend this food! And we’re in Arlington Heights so I’m delighted they’ll deliver from Schaumburg. When we order next time, I’ll post an update if things change and take photos.

We went there after a very long time. Our last experience was OK. But we decided to give them another chance and I am glad we did. Although the appetizers were disappointing as they seemed stale and refried. But the main course was good. All the items we ordered were tasty. I liked the Paneer Pasanda, Baingan Bharta, my favorite Methi Mutter Malai. Updated 4.2.2022 - While the taste of the food was still good, noticed some unprofessionalism this time. For example we were 9 guests. The waiter just stacked 9 menus at one corner of the table and left. See the picture. Mango Lassi was served in a plastic cup. See picture. 2 out of 3 appetizers did not have a serving spoon. I reduced a star for this. The taste of the food is still good. Could have given 3.5 stars but cannot justify 4

Foods are amazing, services are horrible. Prices are a bit high, but we won’t mind paying it if the service were equally high. Might as-well remove the “Fine Cuisine” from your name. Fransesco (at least thats what he told us) and another waiter were especially rude, impatient, and overall seem to not want us to be there. Dont bother going here, spend your money in other REAL fine dining Indian restaurants in Schaumburg.

Not worth the money ! Worst taste , small quantity, Indian food is altered to taste mild for Americans I guess! If you need real or at least average Indian food - please avoid this place ! There are many other Indian restaurants in Schaumburg area to try! I would definitely not comeback to this place ! Never again !
