T-mobile need to train these guys at this store how to treat customers, Mr Diago seems to be in rush and don't want to talk to me specifically for some reason. , he's not Professional at all, they don't smile and they very selective of who they gonna be nice with. Avoid coming to this store and get whatever you want Online, T-mobile you should fire all these guys or close down this store for good

The store associate has great customer service and super helpful and very courteous, I greatly appreciate his customer service abilities. I will definitely go back to that T-Mobile store because of how helpful the young man was with my parents

Very bad service with t-mobile recently. Nothing worked for me. This store staff specifically Mr. Diego was not interested in providing service or not have time to listen to the customer rather spend quality time to chit chat. I had to return my 5g device and email says I can either drop off at this store or drop it at ups but, this guy was arguing and didn’t take the device. It’s very bad service.

We went to this store to get a phone upgrade for the family (3 people). The process was very smooth and relatively quick (it naturally takes some time to transfer info from the old to the new phone). The manager, Dabnis, was very competent, fun, and answered all our questions. Great service!

Derek appears to be bothered when a customer walks in !!! Refused to help, refused to even acknowledge my presence as the only customer for more than 30 minutes ... If you hate your job this much, then you should quit !!!!

Awesome customer service! Dabnis helped me, and he was outstanding. It seems like all other consultants had really good customer service, too. I wish I lived close by. Unfortunately, the one store that is close to where I live is not that good 🙁. Keep doing the good work guys!

As someone who dreads walking into a phone store, I had to go in. I originally went to a different location because I was having service issues. Come to find out it was a nationwide service issue (after I got a new sim card, transferred my service completely over, and purchased a new phone). I came into this Schaumburg location to return an old phone, get insurance for my new phone and purchase a protective case. I also had to ask about a misleading promotion I was sold at the other location. I worked with Young. He handled everything in a timely manner and with care and he was very pleasant. I would return to this store more comfortably and request to work with Young specifically in the future.

Marilyn and the crew are Great !! My wife and I came into the store to move our plans . Marilyn was able to help us switch our current Sprint plan to a new T mobile plan as well as explain the differences , not only did she switch us over on our plans , she was very helpful when it came time to purchase our new iphones. We did have a little issue with changing my wife's Galaxy over to her iphone and it took longer than expected , but Marilyn , Miranda and crew didn't give up and were very patient , they took care of the issue. I highly recommend this location , great staff .
