The people that work here are ignorant and need to be trained better regarding customers and their needs (customer service). I went into that location on on April 1, 2022 at 2106 pm. They said I was loud. I was talking to my wife and I am partially deaf. They told me to be quiet and didn't need to hear me at the checkout area. I asked if I said anything offensive or obscene? At that point the clerk replied, "no", but said I was upsetting her and customers. My wife talked to another manager and explained my impairment and she stated she felt that was the case that is why she DID NOT say anything when we walked in and were shopping. However, the woman at the front counter confronted me and embarassed me in front of my wife and others. The manager explained that they did not need loud talking in their store. Very disrespectful and intolerant of people with impairments. Such a shame that a wellness store is NOT tolorant of a minor impairment.

This is a review for the CVS at 9551 171st Street. I was greeted within 2 minutes of walking into the store by an associate named Tamara, who went through a lot of work to find the product I was looking for. A previouse CVS store which did not have it told me the one at 9551 171st had 2 in stock. Tamara was able to track down where in the store the product was located. This was an out of the ordinary brand and product, difficult to find in stores. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, professional, and cheerful. Thank you Tamara.

I went for my flu shot and pneumonia shot. Amy, the pharmacist, was wonderful! She does her job so well. She is the reason, I go here every year for the shots I need. Every detail is handled and I have peace of mind that I received the best care.

Was HIGHLY dissatisfied by the treatment I received by a pharmacist. I had gotten my Covid 19 test done here and waited in my car for my results for 30 minutes and went down the road to come back within 5 minutes and the clinic had called me for my results and I said I was pulling into the lot and they said to call back when I had arrived and I called NUMEROUS times and had not heard back, the woman finally called me back after waiting there another 25 minutes and was beyond rude to me and not helpful at all in this situation I am so disgusted at the way she spoke to me over the phone and not easing my concern with such an important test during a pandemic. My advice: go somewhere else were they will speak to you with respect and ease your concerns during such a delicate time and my healthy concerns. I DO NOT recommend coming here.

You gotta laugh. No one is in the CVS store. So, I go over to the "Minute Clinic ". The place is under construction. Arrows direct you through construction. Lady is lounging in office. I said is this where I come in? She says "No, you have to go back out to sign in, but don't bother I'm going to lunch in 3 minutes." So much for the "Minute Clinic ".

Went there on Saturday at 2. All the sale signs were down so you could not figure out which ones were on sale. Naturally I chose all the wrong one's. When I complained they should at least have an ad I could look at to find the right sale items the cashier just looked at me and shrugged like I was the stupid one! Consequently CVS the purchase was about 1/3 of what I would have spent. Your loss CVS. And now you have an angry customer that won't be back.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!!! ( 0 stars) Went to drive thru to pick up RX. Was told "too early" on insurance. LIE. I knew it wasn't and told them so. I was told that I would have to come in. Once inside, I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. LIE. I was then told my Dr. wrote the RX so that I couldn't pick it up until later in the month. Another LIE! Then I was told it was the government that wouldn't let me get the RX filled. Are you kidding me?!?!? LIES after LIES after LIES. Now I will drive across town to get ANYTHING from CVS. Plain and simple, this CVS SUCKS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible Pharmacy I had to switch this from Walgreens to CVS due to my employer switching insurance. So far, they've made these errors: 1) They failed to transfer one of my mother's many medications from Walgreens and she was without it for 3 months before I realized she didn't have it. 2) They doubled the dosage of one of my meds on accident. 3) They called to tell me they couldn't refill my medication because my doctor wouldn't get back to them and I was out of refills which seemed unlikely. So, I called CVS today and it turned out I did have refills for my medication, but it was under a new prescription number. I had to ask them to look for that and the pharmacist says, "Oh, you're right." Absolute idiocy. I never had any of these mistakes made by Walgreens, even though I've used multiple locations. It also doesn't help that they switched from a 24/7 pharmacy to a 8-9 M-F, 8-6 Weekends either. Their reward program also sucks: your reward dollars are printed on a receipt instead of stored electronically like Walgreens.

My experience at this store was terrible. I went to purchase some medicine. The sale price was 5.99 with a CVS discount card. I went to the register and the young lady was so rude. She asked me if I had a CVS card I told her "no" and she said "well you can't get the discount then!" She didn't give me a option to sign up...so I walked away. I thought about how rude she was and I returned asking for a manager. He was rude as well...I asked him "how can I sign up for a discount card. He said "well we can set you up right here!" I told him the young lady didn't give me that option. She yelled "Because you walked away with a attitude!" He didn't say anything to her. Instead he had this little smirk on his face as if I was causing trouble. I will not ever visit this location again!!!!!
