Worst Walgreens Don’t Waste Your Time Here!!! So I’m Asian and I have two names and I placed my two orders by two different names (which was confusing I get it). When I came to pick up my orders which were ALREADY PAID, the woman took the first order out and asked for my name. I said my name and I showed her my confirmation email and she kept looking at it like it wasn’t my order. The she asked what did I order and I told her one of the four items (there were two bottles of vitamin I ordered for my friend but I didn’t know what it calls exactly) and she literally took EVERY SINGLE item out of the bag and said “[my name] this is vitamin”. It was none of her business!!! If she wanted to confirm my ID, I could have shown it. Instead she wasted my 20 MINUTES and kept on saying that it was my fault to have two orders with different names. On my second order, it was not even ready although I ordered 5 hours early!!! And I get it that it was confusing to have 2 orders for the same person but under different names, but am I not allowed to have more than one name? Most frustrating experience ever and I wish I never have to see her again. Also, I hope she got fired. It wasn’t my first time coming here but this time is exceptionally frustrating and rude.

The employees/managers like to huddle around each other/chit chat at closing time, watch you struggle, give you a dirty look then have the audacity to tell you" they are closing soon" in your face when they know you are struggling to find that one emergency/pharmacy item you need before they close for the night.

The Pharmacist Manager is the most ignorant and unprofessional person I ever dealt with. No wonder this facility has a 2 star rating. I would advise going elsewhere to save yourself the aggravation.

Worst Walgreens EVER!!! Unprofessional. Never have the prescriptions ready. Don’t come here even if you are dying for a prescription. One associate even told me to hold on she has to go to the bathroom

Horrible pharmacy! Bad enuf they always screw things up & usually blame it on my insurance. Ironically, I don't have insurance! Long waits. To add insult to injury they're rude. I give everyone a second, third, even 4th chance. We all have bad days & don't know whats going on in someones life. However this is the worste pharmacy I've ever dealt with! I can walk to this location. But go out of my way to avoid it. Not worth the aggrevation.

Avoid at all costs. Visiting this store will only lead to frustration and aggravation. I unfortunately had to place a photo order at this location and learned my lesson. The DAY AFTER receiving an email notification stating that my order was ready for pick-up, I went to this location to retrieve it and was told - very rudely - that they hadn't even started the order. The employee was unable to provide a rescheduled pickup time and didn't seem to care about my email notification. What's the point? I'm done with this store - never again. This photo department should be closed down permanently. If you need photos, avoid this place at all costs.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Service is so slow it is almost nonexistent. Because of my insurance Walgreens is the cheapest pharmacy but I guess it’s true that you get what you pay for. It’s worth the higher price at other pharmacies not to have to wait half an hour for a simple pick up!

Don’t get your prescriptions filled here! This has got to be the most unorganized pharmacy you will ever see. On numerous occasions I have been waiting in the store or drive through for more than 30 minutes after receiving a text my prescription was filled. Seriously, they are understaffed and just slow! Honestly they aren’t even that friendly, but I can imagine it’s because people are probably mean to them all day. Walgreens needs to overhaul this pharmacy department stat. If you like being frustrated and wasting your own time then this is the place for you.

Been coming to the pharmacy on and off for several years and it has been awful. I've waited in the drive thru on a 95° day for 40 minutes. Just tonight it took 15 minutes to drop off my script when 2 people were ahead of me. Now I'm picking up and there are 5 people in front of me with 1 cashier working the drive thru and counter at the same time. I'll be lucky to get out of here before close (1hr). Edit: It ended up taking just over 40 minutes to get my prescription (9:41pm). What a joke.

I've worked in customer service all my life so I get it, there are bad days. But I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and whether it's in the store or at the drive thru, I've never waited less than 15 minutes for my prescriptions (regardless of the number of other customers there are.) Today I agreed to wait in the store for my scripts to be filled and even after they called me back up over the intercom I STILL waited 20 minutes. Time to give CVS a try.
